Have eaten at several of these in the midwest and the burgers and fries are tasty. Some of the ones back east here don't get it. If it is not prepared the steak n shake way it just *****. Keep your grills very hot and cook until the edges of the patties start to crisp. Otherwise you won't have a snowballs chance. Train your employees!

And WV is ranked 2nd in the country for having too many people who are over weight. If I was to come back home I would start a burger restaurant called " In and Out" this is what the Health craze people love eating out here in California. It is an 50's style restaurant that will beat any fat serving fast food restaurant. For a family of 4, the cost would be $20-25!
