This is just another example of hiding the real problem and punishinganything and everyone but the offender.
We are raising monsters because we have a lack of morals, human compassion, and the 'normal' family unit has deteriorated.
Children no longer grow up with a normal, loving, Mommy and Daddy, family. They are sent to daycares, babysitters, or just left alone. They learn their morals and values from strangers, or they watch TV and try to figure it out on their own.
