I’m a father of 5 wonderful children Kyle, Kate, Rylee, Reagan and Chesney. I was previously employed at Walker systems and lost my job due to plant relocating.
QUESTION 1
Other than adding an additional magistrateís position, what do you believe is the most pressing need of the magistrate court system in Wood County?
ANSWER
Trial is often overloaded. Policy needs implemented that the prosecuting office and the defense attorney’s need to work out a plea before the trial date.
