| | Bench the five forever!December 23, 2010 - Jim SmithDisgraced quarterback Terrelle Pryor and his four cohorts should be glad my last name is not Tressel, because if it were, none of them would ever again play for OSU. Granted, some of those who improperly sold their Big Ten championship rings, jerseys, etc., and/or received improper benefits from a tattoo parlor probably will now try to go pro before the beginning of next season when they must face a five-game suspension issued by the NCAA, but they also should not be permitted to play in the Sugar Bowl game against Arkansas. If head coach Jim Tressel wants to take back control of his team, he won't let the five even make the trip to New Orleans, let alone suit-up, let alone play. The actions of the five have disgraced themselves, the team and the university and have destroyed any real hope for a national championship next year and seriously put in doubt even a repeat of the Big Ten title. And for that there must be a serious penalty ... never playing another down for the Buckeyes!
