Race info, photos available on the Web

Last week the streets of Parkersburg were filled with more than 1,500 runners taking part in the News and Sentinel Races.

What a day.

Perfect weather helped make the day perfect for racing. More than a 1,000 volunteers helped make the day perfect for runners.

A lot of information from the races ends up on the web. Results are posted both on our site and that of our timer.

Thousands of photos from the race can be found on our Web site. Our photo sharing site CU is a great spot find photos of yourself running in either the half marathon or two-mile race. If you attended the kids races on Sunday, you may also find photos of your children running.
