Mancini's Commentaries

POSTED:Tue, July 1, 2008 @ 11:05AM

Winning is easy, losing is hard

I have to clean this up because I don't want to spoil the breakfast cloth. Several press organizations are reporting that former President Bill Clinton is still mad that Barack Obama beat his wife Hillary Clinton for the Democratic nomination for president and told friends Obama can kiss his gluteus maximus if he wants his support. Despite Mrs. Clinton and Obama appearing in public to have made up, I never did think the former president buried the hatchet with Obama, unless it could be in his back. That's why I think Obama would be nuts to ask Mrs. Clinton to be his running mate. Obama would have to look over his back and wonder if it was he or Mrs. Clinton running for president.

The Republicans just like to beat on Bill because he is so good and so credible. When Bill speaks the world perks up and listens. When George W. speaks they cover their ears and shake their heads wondering how the American people could ever elect such a ignorant frat boy.
