Methods of Distraction

POSTED:Wed, June 4, 2008 @ 2:15PM

Nooooo

The summer season is upon us and I miss good TV.

Yes, I will say that the Grey's Anatomy season finale was great, but it was nearly two weeks ago. Two weeks means my movie rental button is pushed and I need to find something to watch in the evenings. I guess I should activate the membership to Netflix a friend gave me in December...

I have hated summer television as far back as I can remember and now it's worse. Reality TV (for lack of a better word) is terrible. And it's the only "new" stuff on as everything "scripted" takes a not-so-deserved break.

Though, I do have a soft spot for Ghost Hunters (one of my co-workers will be with the guys at Ft. Mifflin on the 20th and I'm jealous), but the rest of reality TV can go away.

Until then, I will pine for Pushing Daisies and House.
