Wedding Cake Killer
December 10, 2012 - Amy Phelps
A woman must help a friend discover who murdered the groom in Livia J. Washburn's "Wedding Cake Killer."
It's Christmas, and Phyllis is glad to see her friend and boarder, Eve, is getting married. Roy seems like a decent guy, and Phyllis is happy to have the wedding at her home and even bake her friend the wedding cake.
All seems to be going well until the groom turns up dead on the honeymoon at a local bed and breakfast. And Eve is the primse suspect. Phyllis is determined to prove that her friend is innocent and is looking into Roy's past - and no one likes what they see!
This is a great seasonal mystery with a warm heroine that readers will enjoy. There's also a section of delicious recipes to try out!
"Wedding Cake Killer" is published by Obsidan. It is $14 and 297 pages long. Also look for "The Gingerbread Bump-Off" available now.
