KINDERGARTEN REGISTRATION SET

Fort Frye Local School District has scheduled its 2018-2019 kindergarten registration dates. If you have a child that will be 5 years old on or before August 1, 2018, they are eligible to be registered for the 2018-2019 school year. Registration dates are February 26 through March 2, Monday, Thursday, and Friday from 8 a.m.-3 p.m. and Tuesday and Wednesday from Noon -7 p.m. All registrations will be done at the Central Registrar’s Office, located in Beverly-Center Elementary School in Beverly. Be sure to bring the following documents to register: birth certificate of child being enrolled, immunization record, court papers showing custody or guardianship (if applicable), and proof of residency such as a utility bill or rental agreement identifying your physical address.

Screening dates will be scheduled following registration. Screening at Beverly-Center will be April 4 and 9, Lowell Elementary on April 5, and Salem-Liberty Elementary April 6. Remember, specific screening times will be scheduled when the child is registered.
