Get involved with Downtown PKB in 2018

Happy New Year from Downtown PKB. As we return from time off with our families now just a few days into 2018, we are gearing up for events and promotions for you to enjoy this year in downtown Parkersburg.

We’ve already begun to plan and prepare for upcoming events such as Savor Saturday, the Point Park Concert Series, Taste of Parkersburg and much more. With such great events ahead, this is the perfect time to start thinking about promoting your business.

Downtown PKB can help promote your business by sponsoring one of our events or by joining our Partner Program, both with great perks for you or your business! Many of our events have different levels of sponsorship, that is most convenient for your business.

If you’re not sure what event you’d like to sponsor, check out our website under the “News + Events” tab for a full list of events.

Sponsorship of a Downtown PKB events shows the community that your business supports our downtown revitalization efforts. It is also a great way to promote your organization by benefiting from the power of our brand promotion in our advertising and marketing of our events.

Along with sponsoring an event, your business can join our Partner Program. Our Partner Program was designed to “help move our organization forward in terms of financial diversification and serve as a way to connect the community to our mission”, says Wendy Shriver, executive director of Downtown PKB. Interested community members and businesses of any size can become a Partner of Downtown.

Again, our Partner Program consists of different levels, making it convenient for anyone to join! For more information about our Partner Program or to see who is a partner, visit our website under the “Get Involved” tab.

If you have any questions about sponsoring an event, our Partner Program, or how you can get involved, can contact Wendy Shriver at wendy@downtownpkb.com or Courtney at courtney@downtownpkb.com.
