Church holds free community luncheon

Members of the Beverly-Waterford and surrounding communities are invited to weekly Lenten services sponsored by the Beverly-Waterford Ministerial Association. Each weeks’ services are held at a different church in the two communities and a minister from each of the participating churches shares the weekly message. This week’s service on March 26 features the Rev. Russell White speaking at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church. The schedule for the remaining services with the featured minister is: April 2 – Rev. Matthew Weaver speaking at Smith’s Chapel; April 9 – Rev. John Harra speaking at Waterford Nazarene Church; and Good Friday, April 18 – Rev. Tom O’Connor speaking at Beverly United Methodist Church. All community members are welcome to attend. Services begin at 7:30 p.m.
