Pennsville Methodist to hold potluck
Penn Modern Mothers OCCL will meet with Cindy Wilson with co-hostess; Pam Montgomery on Jan. 20, at 7:30 p.m., Program Yoga with Connie King.
Pennsville United Methodist Church with have a potluck following worship services on Feb. 9.
Pennsville community extends sympathy to the nieces and nephews of Hazel Thompson Syphers. Mae Milhoan received word from her nephew, Ken Yerian that he will be having eye surgery next week. He has cataracts on both eyes. His wife, Dolly has been sick with cold and flu but is much improved.
Mae received word from her niece, Mary Jane Campbell of West Union that she hasn’t been having snow but is getting quite a bit of ice. Her daughter, Nancy Jane will return to Ohio University, Following on Monday.
Mae talked to her sister, Joan Chapman of Cincinatti on Saturday and she stated they were having a big storm.
Snelley Mason of Lubbock, Texas. called and told her that they were having strong winds. It blew and downed trees and electric lines. The temperatures ran from 70 degrees to 76 degrees this week.
Beverly Sidwell spent with Mae on Saturday and brought her groceries and other items.
