Christmas potluck to be held today

Bible Study was held Wednesday evening, Dec. 18, at 6 p.m., at Pennsville United Methodist Church.

Christmas potluck will be held at noon on Sunday, Dec. 22, at the Pennsville United Methodist Church.

Pennsville Volunteer Fire Department will meet on Monday, Dec. 23, at 8 p.m., at the firehouse.

Pennsville United Methodist Women met for potluck and had Christmas exchange. Readings by members. Seven members were present and all had a good time.

Several in the Pennsville area have been having colds and the flu and hope they are getting well soon.

Shelley Mason of Lubbock, Texas, called her mother, Mae, on Sunday that her grandson, Jason Arick, took his college test over the weekend. He will be starting college in the fall.

On Friday, Bev Sidwell went to Kent State to pick up her son, Rob, to come home for a month winter vacation.

On Sunday, Bev Sidwell went to spend the afternoon and took her mother a large amount of groceries.

Mae talked to her sister, Mary Yerian of Glouster, and Mary is feeling better than she had in the fall.

Mae got word from Joan Chapman of Cincinnati, the weather there has been windy and storms.

Mae Milhoan received word from Dick Mason of Columbus, has been very ill and in the hospital. He is now home and improving. Please keep him in your prayers.
