Returning lost card appreciated

On Friday, May 16th, I was at Wal-Mart. While in the parking lot, I opened my wallet to put the sales slip in and some cards fell out. I thought I had picked all of them up, until I went to the doctor’s office on the following Wednesday. They asked for my insurance cards. I then found that my Medicare card was missing. I then realized that I must have missed picking that card up from the parking lot.

I returned to Wal-Mart and asked if it had been turned in. They informed me that they did have the card. If the person who returned the card to the store reads this, I want to say thank you for returning the card to the store.
