Wrong people being vilified

Since when did a person winning a presidential election translate to being nigh infallible? Last week, Fred O’Neill implied in his letter that since Obama won the election, the American public must approve of Obamacare or Romney would be president. What kind of craziness is that?

O’Neill cited the classic book, “Animal Farm” by George Orwell, and compared certain members of Congress to the villains of that story. To be honest, I think he is applying the villain behavior to the wrong people. Obama uses Bush as his scapegoat, has numerous “squealers” singing his praises and since he is in charge and hasn’t been thrown out yet, everyone must approve what he is doing. Obama is just another pig that is running our farm into the ground.
