Charles E. “Ed” Kelbaugh

Charles Edward “Ed” Kelbaugh, 83 of Parkersburg, passed away September 7, 2018 at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born in Parkersburg August 5, 1935, a son of the late Raymond E. and Edna M. (Wharton) Kelbaugh.

Ed retired from DuPont after 44 years of service as a shift supervisor. He was a long-time, active member of North Parkersburg Baptist Church. He was also a veteran of the U. S. Air Force. Ed was an avid photographer and took many school pictures and class pictures for local schools in the area. He was a member of the Parkersburg and Marietta Photography Clubs.

Surviving is his loving wife of 62 years, Mary Ann (Wallace) Kelbaugh, daughter Michele Everett (David) of Bluffton, SC, three grandchildren: Cassy, Sammy and Amanda, three great grandchildren: Jackson, Brooks and Joclyn, cousins, nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother Harold Kelbaugh and sister Karen Balser.

Funeral services will be Tuesday 1 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor Mike Towner officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday 6-8 PM.
