Mary Kathryn Dollman
Mary Kathryn Dollman, of Vienna, WV, died October 27, 2017, at home. She was born at Letart, WV and was the daughter of the late Everett J. and Hallie C. Amos McGraw.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her high school sweetheart and husband of 64 years, Carl E. Dollman, her four sisters; Tillie Hoselton, Edna Crawford, Betty Crampton, Beulah Miller, brother Vollie McGraw and son-in-law Terry Jones.
She is survived by her three children; Candace Jones of Vienna with whom she made her home, Craig Dollman and wife Aleda of Walker, Cynthia LeGrand and husband Jeff of Huntington and three grandchildren: Chad Jones, Megan Jones and husband Jeff Pesler all of Cleveland, Ohio, Noah LeGrand of Huntington WV and great granddaughter Aidy Louise Pesler of Cleveland, Ohio.
Mary loved spending time with her family and friends, skiing, traveling and enjoyed playing golf and tennis well into her 80’s. Mary was a fun and loving wife, mother, grandmother “Dolly” and friend. She was an amazing cook and always took time to make everything special. Mary made the world’s best rhubarb pie.
Mary was a long time member of Stout Memorial United Methodist Church, where she served on the Alter Guild. In recent years she attended Westminster Presbyterian Church.
Services will be Sunday 5:00 P.M. at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Bill Dunfee officiating. Private burial services will be held at Mt. Olivet Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday 3:30 to 5:00 P.M.
