Dolores Jean (Gill) Williams
Dolores Jean (Gill) Williams passed away peacefully April 14, 2013, in Tucson, Ariz., to join her husband, Winston William Williams, who predeceased her April 11, 2012.
Dolores is survived by her two children, Jenny (Keith) Stewart and Donald (PatiLynn) Williams of Moundridge, Kansas; four grandchildren, Nikita (Taylor Kudera) Williams, Ashley Cooper, Brandy (Zachary) Cothard and Evan Williams; and one great-grandchild, Kason Cothard.
The daughter of Delman Delbert Gill and Goldie Thorne Gill was born in Charleston, W.Va., July 16, 1933. The Gill family moved to California to help Dolores recover from rheumatic fever in 1943. Dolores and Winston were married on July 16, 1954, and enjoyed more than 57 years together. They lived in San Pedro until they relocated to Tucson in 2008.
A graveside service well be held on Wednesday, April 24, at Evergreen Cemetery in Tucson.
