Barbara Diane Robinson

Barbara Diane Robinson, 40, of Salem, W.Va., passed away on Jan. 20, 2013, at the United Hospital, Bridgeport, W.Va.

Barb was born in Parkersburg on Jan. 21, 1972, a daughter of Cherrie Ann Carpenter Bell of Parkersburg, and Robert Eugene Bell and Barbara Lee of Belleville. Barb enjoyed painting, singing and was known for her great mashed potatoes. She was a caring person welcoming many into her home. She had attended Soul’s Refuge Church.

In addition to his parents, Barb is survived by her husband of 14 years, Joe Robinson; children, Kayla Bullabough of Parkersburg, Ashley Bullabough of Vienna, Jesse ‘Bub’ Bullabough of Salem, Alex Robinson of Marietta, and Breez Robinson of Salem; great-grandchildren, Levi and Luke Echard; brothers, Bobby Bell of Tipp City, Ohio, and Rick Bell of Belleville; sister, Deb Figueroa of Parkersburg; step-sister, Sherry Weaver of Belleville; several aunts and uncles including Joe, John and Dave Carpenter; and many nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be at Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown. The family will receive friends 10-11 a.m. Wednesday prior to the service.
