Belpre Police

The Belpre Police Department released the following reports on June 10:

• On June 3, Tina E. Nesbitt, 52, Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension and expired registration.

• On June 3, Michael S. Tietz, 47, of Belpre was cited for a seat belt violation

• On June 4, Joseph M. Menear, 30, Belpre was cited for expired registration

• On June 4, Jeremiah M. Smith, 38, of Marietta was served a warrant for failure to appear through Belpre Mayor’s Court on a charge of possession of marijuana.

• On June 4, Tamika C. Rake , 31, of Belpre was arrested for domestic violence and transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On June 5, Kevin M. Mills, 26, of Princeton, W.Va., was arrested for driving under the influence of alcohol/drugs, possession of drugs, driving under ovi suspension and possession of scheduled drugs. He was transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On June 6, Ashton E. Saylor, 19, of Parkersburg was cited for loud exhaust

• On June 6, Judy L. Ollom, 61, of Vincent was cited for failing to yield from a private drive

• On June 6, Eric S. Nelson, 39, of Mineral Wells was cited for driving under suspension, fictitious plates and expired operator license.

• On June 7, Angela D. Duelley, 30, of Belpre was arrested for a fail to appear warrant from Belpre Mayor’s Court on the charge of criminal simulation and warrants through Belpre Mayor’s Court for providing false information, possession of hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia. She also was arrested and charged through Marietta Municipal Court for possessing drug abuse instruments, illegal use or possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of controlled substance and was transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On June 7, Elsie M. Jenkins, 54, of Weston, W.Va., was cited for expired registration.

• On June 7, Jennifer N. Davis, 33, of Parkersburg was cited for speeding 72 mph in a 50 mph zone

• On June 7, Nathan P. Simmons, 45, of Parkersburg was arrested for possessing drug abuse instruments and transported to the Washington County Jail

• On June 8, Christa L. Butterfield, 48, of Waverly was cited for expired registration

• On June 8, Dustin E. Ashcroft, 29, of Belpre was arrested for having weapons while intoxicated and inducing panic and was transported to the Washington County Jail.

• On June 10, Scotty J. Byers, 35, of Parkersburg was arrested for the violation of a protection order and transported to the Washington County Jail.
