BELPRE — The Belpre Police Department released the following reports Nov. 9:
* On Nov. 5, Angel N. Ball, 33, of Belpre, was cited for driving without a license.
* On Nov. 6, Richard M. Mays, 61, of Reedsville, Ohio, was served a summons to appear in Belpre Mayor’s Court on a charge of petty theft.
* On Nov. 6, Macklin M. Miller, 25, of Belpre, was served a summons to appear in Belpre Mayor’s Court on a charge of petty theft.
* On Nov. 6, Nathan A. Modlin, 51, of Little Hocking, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. Modlin was charged with possession of a schedule II drug.
* On Nov. 6, David E. West II, 36, of Parkersburg, was arrested and transported to the Washington County Jail. West was charged with improper handling of a firearm in a motor vehicle, carrying a concealed weapon, possession of drugs (meth), possession of marijuana, drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments, driving under suspension, fictitious license plates, expired registration and a red light violation.
* On Nov. 8, Melissa A. Hennen, 43, of Belpre, was cited for driving under suspension.
* On Nov. 8, Shelly L. Cook, 53, of Vienna, was cited for having an expired registration.
* On Nov. 8, Jay L. Butz, 65, of Belpre, was cited for having an expired registration.
* On Nov. 9, Derek D. Oldfield, 33, of Marietta, as cited for driving under suspension.
