WILLIAMSTOWN — The Williamstown Police Department released the following reports Aug. 13:

Aug. 7

* Jay T. Oler, 48, of Jonesboro, Tenn., was cited for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

* Logan Corso, 30, of Vienna, reported that a female suspect known to him stole two loaded handguns and a Play Station portable from his room at the Sunshine Lodge. The incident remains under investigation.

* Officers responded to a domestic dispute at the Sunshine Lodge. The parties involved were separated for the night and the female party was picked up by a relative.

Aug. 8

* Carl Owen Bradbury, 50, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a capias warrant for malicious assault near the Williamstown Bridge. Bradbury was wanted on a warrant filed by the Parkersburg Police Department where he is accused of holding a knife to his girlfriend’s throat and then assaulting the girlfriend causing her multiple injuries on July 17. Bradbury was arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and confined to the North Central Regional Jail in lieu of bail.

Aug. 9

* Officers responded to a report of disorderly subjects in the 1100 block of Highland Avenue. An altercation occurred as a result of one of the subjects causing damage to a vehicle. The car’s owner was unsure if they wanted to press charges and parties were separated for the night and legal options were advised.

Aug. 10

* Christopher D. Hodge, 27, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving on a suspended license and expired motor vehicle inspection on East Second Street.

* Amanda F. Weaver, 54, of High Point, N.C., was cited for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, on Highland Avenue.

* Brent Baker, 34, of Parkersburg, was cited for no motor vehicle inspection on Highland Avenue.

Aug. 11

* William M. Gray, 43, of Vienna, was cited for speeding, 59 mph in a 45 mph zone, on West Third Street.

* Phillip M. Seyler, 25, of Bridgeport, was cited for speeding, 57 mph in a 45 mph zone, on West Third Street.

Aug. 12

* Cameron D. Snyder, 20, of Parkersburg, was cited for speeding, 61 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

* Hannah L. Bonnell, 21, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving on a suspended license and no insurance on West Third Street.

Aug. 13

* Justin Paul Kidder, 31, of Parkersburg, was cited for driving on a suspended license on West Third Street.

* Larry Steven Wright, 28, of Cleveland, was arrested on a capias warrant for domestic battery in a case investigated by the Parkersburg Police Department in 2010. Wright was located at the WV Welcome Center. Wright was arraigned at Wood County Magistrate Court and confined in lieu of bail.
