PARKERSBURG — On March 1 the following reports were released by Parkersburg Police Department:

Feb. 23

* Between Feb. 23 and 25 officers investigated three motor vehicle accidents.

* Chad Jasper, 37, of Parkersburg, was arrested for obstructing and fleeing from officer and on a warrant for burglary.

* Steven King, 52, of Parkersburg, was arrested for shoplifting and public intoxication.

* Joseph Cain, 31, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for destruction of property, first-offense stalking and burglary.

* Janice Rexroad, 56, of Parkersburg, was arrested for obstructing.

* Jessica Carpenter, 41, of Davisville, was arrested on a capias for worthless checks.

* Michelle Griggs, 31, of Washington, W.Va., was arrested on a burglary warrant.

* Joshua Gibson, 35, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for shoplifting, destruction of property and third-offense driving while license suspended.

* Officers responded to Paden Street in reference to a domestic dispute and cited Nikki Barber for possession of a controlled substance.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to a burglary that had already occurred.

* Officers responded to Speedway on Emerson Avenue in reference to shoplifting.

* Officers responded to CVS on Broadway Avenue in reference to shoplifting that already occurred.

* Officers responded to 16th Street in reference to a burglary that already occurred.

* Officers responded to Speedway on Murdoch Avenue in reference to a petit larceny.

* Officers responded to 13th Street in reference to a stolen vehicle.

Feb. 24

* Kenneth Shuman, 47, of Parkersburg, was arrested for obstructing and public intoxication.

* Edward Wolfe, 27, of Parkersburg, was arrested on warrants for improper registration; fraudulent MVI; no insurance and driving while license revoked for DUI.

* Chandra Jenkins, 36, of Porters Falls, W.Va., was arrested for first-offense shoplifting.

* Brandon Greiner, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested for fleeing while DUI.

* Jennifer Miller, 25, of Belpre, was arrested for first-offense DUI.

* Teresa Hall, 26, of Parkersburg, was arrested for possession of a controlled substance.

* Samuel Modesitt, 21, of Parkersburg, was arrested for breaking and entering.

* Steven Jenkins, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for driving too fast for roadway conditions.

* Officers responded to Walmart in reference to shoplifting and cited Aerial Francis.

* Officers responded to Seventh Street in reference to a fraudulent use of a debit card.

* Officers responded to 16th Avenue in reference to a burglary that had already occurred.

* Officers responded to Olive Street in reference to a breaking and entering that already occurred.

Feb. 25

* Matthew Gonzales, 32, of Parkersburg, was arrested on a warrant for possession with intent.

* Glenver Gandee, 69, of Parkersburg, was arrested for violation of a safety order.

* Roy Spellman, 36, of Mineral Wells, was arrested for identity theft; uttering; forgery and obtaining a prescription by fraud.

* Officers responded to Andrew Street in reference to a stolen license plate.
