MARIETTA — The Washington County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Nov. 7:

* Christina M. Hower, 516 Smith St., Marietta; probation violation, original charge OVI.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail Monday and Tuesday:

* Jeffrey Dwayne Smith, 22, 213 1/2 Elm St., Marietta, for probation violation, a misdemeanor. Smith was arrested by Probation Officer Ferrell of the Marietta City Probation Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 6.

* Lynsey Brooke Erb, 30, 140 Cecil Meneffee Drive, Moorefield, W.Va., on warrants for theft, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, obstructing official business, abuse of a corpse, and tampering with evidence, all felonies. Erb was arrested at the Washington County Jail by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 6.

* Christopher Adam Grinter, 30, 22nd St., Parkersburg, for criminal mischief, a misdemeanor. Grinter was arrested at Belpre MMH by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 6.

* Audrey Ann Eckstein, 57, 406 Front St., Apt. A, New Matamoras, for drug instrument possession, a misdemeanor. Eckstein was arrested by the New Matamoras Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 6.

* Wesley Orland Roberts, 25, 2070 Roberts Road, Amesville, Ohio, for two warrants of failure to appear, misdemeanors, theft, carrying a concealed weapon and breaking and entering, felonies. Roberts was arrested in Barlow by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 6.

* Jonathan William Leasure, 32, 1001 Florence St., Belpre, for making false alarms, a misdemeanor. Leasure was arrested by the Belpre Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 7.

* Thomas William Gaughan, 31, 120 Sanjubar Drive, Marietta, for drug instrument possession, a misdemeanor. Gaughan was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 7.

* Brittany Marie Wheeler, 26, 202 Aurora St., Marietta, for drug instrument possession, a misdemeanor. Wheeler was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 7.

* Alicia Dawn Miller, 34, 9534 N. SR 60 NW, McConnelsville, Ohio, for drug instrument possession, a misdemeanor. Miller was arrested by the Marietta Police Department and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 7.

* Justin Ryan Schroeder, 36, 304 Kenwood St., Marietta, for trafficking in drugs, a felony. Schroeder was arrested by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office and processed into the Washington County Jail on Nov. 7.

MARIETTA — On Nov. 8 the following reports were released by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

Nov. 7

* Mary A. Pannell, 3569 Veto Road, Vincent, reported her home entered and items removed. This case remains under investigation.

* Deputy Parks was dispatched to 110 Merchant Lane, Newport, to meet with an employee of Newport Water Department in regards to damaged equipment. This case remains under investigation.

* Deputy J. McConnell responded to Roberts Road, Amesville, in reference to a possible domestic dispute. It was reported two vehicles showed up in the caller’s driveway and the drivers were arguing and yelling at each other. It was further reported the male who was driving a truck then spun out in the driveway throwing mud all over two of the property owner’s vehicles. McConnell met with Tabitha Norris who said she and her boyfriend, Vincent Robert, 1950 Roberts Road, Amesville, have been living together for about two or three weeks and have been dating since August. Tabitha said she and Vincent were talking today and during the conversation Vincent became upset. Tabitha and her son left the residence and while driving on Roberts Road, Vincent was following them. Tabitha said at times Vincent tried to run her off the road, eventually striking her vehicle. Tabitha continued down the road eventually pulling into the caller’s driveway. Deputies were unable to locate Vincent, therefore request a warrant through Marietta Municipal Court for Vincent’s arrest for two counts of domestic violence.

The following subjects were recently sentenced in Washington County Common Pleas Court:

* Steven Loren Mandrell, 39, 671 Valley Mills Road, Parkersburg, W.Va.; failure to appear, fourth – degree felony, 16 months prison; and fifth – degree felony unauthorized use of motor vehicle, six months prison; sentence concurrent.

* Jeremy Wade Carpenter, 32, 804 Front St., Marietta, probation violation, 12 months Orient; and domestic violence, third – degree felony; 30 months; sentence concurrent.

The following warrants were received at the Washington County Sheriff’s Office:

* Vincent E. Roberts, 1920 Roberts Road, Amesville, two counts of domestic violence.

* John L. Lindsey, 230 Henniger Road, Lowell, failure to appear for pretrial, original charge theft.

* Isaac Martin, 106 Meadowcrest Lane, Little Hocking, failure to appear for pretrial; original charge breach of recognizance.

* Melissa D. Martin, 605 1/2 33rd St., Parkersburg, failing to show proof of completion of the supervised community service; original charge menacing.

The following suspects were processed into the Washington County Jail Nov. 7 and 8:

Nov. 7

* Carrie Sue Britton, 31, 290 Ridgewood Drive, Apt. B, Marietta, breach of recognizance from Athens County. Britton was arrested by Deputy H. Tornes of the Washington County Sheriff’s Office.

* Jacob Kyle Rowe, 26, homeless, for trafficking in drugs. Rowe was arrested by Patrolman Giffin of the Marietta City Police Department.

* Emily Brooke Knotts, 40, 960 DAV Road, Whipple, for probation violation. Knotts was arrested on Ridge Street by the Marietta City Police Department.

* Marcus Maurice Kimbrough, 29, 103 Woodcrest Lane, Marietta, on a warrant for failure to reinstate operator’s license. Kimbrough was arrested by Patrolman Giffin of the Marietta City Police Department.

* Richard Wesley Hawkins, 47, 829 Ridge St,. Marietta, for trafficking in drugs. Hawkins was arrested by Patrolman Giffin of the Marietta City Police Department.

Nov. 8

* Raymond Edward Spears, 44, 907 Neal St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, W.Va., for drug possession. Spears was arrested by Patrolman Tewanger of the Belpre City Police Department.

* Nikki Rae Miller, 30, 627 Front St., Marietta, for driving under suspension, failure to appear and breach of recognizance. Miller was arrested by Patrolman Huck of the Marietta City Police Department.

* There are currently 26 females and 97 males incarcerated in the Washington County Jail.
