PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 25 and Sept. 28:

* Jacob M. Williams, 19, 1212 28th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and a felony charge of malicious wounding and was released on $7,500 bond.

* Laron Cornell Fuller, 23, 1754 East Sycamore St., Columbus, was arraigned on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and bond was set at $30,000.

* Renee Ann Donahue, 26, 2708 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was released on $30,000.

* Damon Butler, 30, 99 Raspberry Drive, Walker, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and was released on $100 bond.

* Whittany Kay Husk, 25, 3367 Loomis Ridge Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no seat belt and two counts of driving under suspension and was released on $1,100 bond.

A, Columbus, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under suspension, fleeing in a vehicle, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance less than 15 grams, obstructing and failure to render information. His bond was set at $300,000.

* Gerrod Philiop Robey, 30, 3602 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on $250 bond.

* John Patrick Morrison, 42, 432 New England Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of second-offense DUI and driving under suspension and bond was set at $3,500.

* Julio Angel Gonzalez, 47, 540 College Parkway, Apt. 103, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jennifer Sue Lewis, 33, 308 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Danielle Dawn Fletcher, 22, 1791 Happy Hollow Road, Waverly, was arraigned on a public intoxication charge and was released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* John Michael Dotson, 36, 4218 18th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $220.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jeffrey Wayne Burns, 56, 255 Central Ave., Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to eight hours and 27 minutes served and was assessed $355.25 in fines and court fees.

PARKERSBURG – The following report were recorded in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 24.

* Brandon C. Greiner, 27, of 1996 McCauslen Manor, Steubenville, Ohio, was bound over to circuit court on a felony charge of entering without breaking. He failed to post a bail of $15,000.

PARKERSBURG – The Wood County Magistrate Court handled the following cases Wednesday:

* Collin R. Struble, 32, 1133 Market St., Parkersburg, was released on $1,000 bond for driving on a learner’s permit and having improper registration.

* Robert Ray Sheldon, 21, 869 Chestnut St., Parkersburg, was released on $1,000 bond for driving on a suspended license and having no insurance.

* Daniel Baine West, 24, 26 Carpenter Lane, Belmont, was released on $2,000 bond for possession of methamphetamine and LSD.

Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 22:

* Justin Kyle Edman, 20, of 1015 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug laboratory and exposing children to methamphetamine manufacturing and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court. His bond was reduced from $125,000 to $63,000 with home confinement requirements and he was released on bond.

* James F. Blankenship, 30, 2554 Big Foot Road, Big Bend, W.Va., pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $260.25 in fines, court costs and restitution.

Evans, also known as Michael Evans, 55, 1010 Cornwall St., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering of an automobile, petit larceny, destruction of property and obstructing an officer and was released on a $4,500 surety bond.

* Justin J. Bernard, 26, 407 13th St., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of petit larceny and was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Cody S. Falldorf, 23, 265 Williamstown Pike, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to 11 hours and 25 minutes served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Aug. 31:

* John Patrick Maudlin, 35, 1906 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on felony charges of forgery and false pretense and his bond was set at $20,000.

* Michael Jeffrey Brown, 22, 611 Kenner St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a shoplifting charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Joseph William Dennis, 37, 313 Franklin St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and public intoxication and his bond was set at $1,200.

* Brian Lee Townsend, 42, 3010 Pond Creek Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving under the influence and illegal use of an electronic device and was released on $2,100 bond.

* Melissa Anne Blake, 36, 4100 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three felony counts of breaking and entering and her bond was set at $120,000.

* Nicholas Ryan Thomas, 20, 141 Pine Ave., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on an underage consumption charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Michele Dawn Hoyler, 41, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 9H, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of failure to obey a traffic control device and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Mark Randall Poling, 63, 1229 River Road, Davisville, was arraigned on a boating under the influence charge and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Ivan E. Danku, 41, 1204 County House Lane, Apt. H, Marietta, was arraigned on a driving under suspension charge and was released on $1,000 bond.

* Michael Joseph Kerns, 32, 193 Tanner Lane, Walker, pleaded guilty to charges of harassment, obstructing and battery, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs on each count, with sentences to run concurrently. He also pleaded guilty to reckless driving and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.

* Stephen M. Tolley, 23, 841 Fairview Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Marshall Ray Archer, 80, 154 Ivan St., Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a seat belt violation and was fined $25.

* Michael Joseph Wolfe, 30, 504 Virginia St., Waverly, pleaded guilty to expired motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* William Holland Hambrick Jr., 36, 56847 County Road 430, Winona, Miss., pleaded no contest to mandatory personal flotation devices for ages 12 and under and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

* Ronald K. Morgan, 67, 46060 National Road, Complex Apt. 5, St. Clairsville, Ohio, pleaded no contest to speeding and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.
