* John Tyler Knight, 21, 2652 Highway 32, Okolona, Miss., was arraigned on charges of first-offense DUI, failure to maintain control and obstructing an officer and was released on a $900 bond.

* Wesley Adam Blackwell, 21, 425 Harris Highway, Parkersburg, was found guilty of leaving the scene of an accident and fined $280.25.

* Justin Charles Akers, 28, 916 Tefft St., pleaded guilty to driving on a suspended license and violation of a protective order, fined $670.50 and placed on six months probation. Akers was also ordered to have no contact with the victim.

* Sierra Ann Grimm, 19, 1103 27th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI under 21 and fined $335.25.

* Brian K. Mitchell, 50, 332 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to failure to report earnings and fined $260.25.
