* On Nov. 21, Jonathan Ray Osborne, 36, of Greenwood, W.Va., was arrested on a charge of third offense driving on a suspended license for driving under the influence.

* On Nov. 21, Skylar Wayne Murray, 24, of Parkersburg was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on a charge of public intoxication.

* On Nov. 21, John Kenneth Roberts, 19, of Parkersburg turned himself in on a warrant for failure to appear.

* On Nov. 21, Nicholas Lewis Hupp, 23, of Vienna was arrested on a charge of violation of a protection order.

* On Nov. 21, Kenneth Michael Blunt, 29, of Rockwood, Tenn., was cited on a charge of possession of marijuana.

* On Oct. 31, Michael E. Thompson, 30, of Chauncey, Ohio, was cited for first offense shoplifting at Wal-Mart on Pike Street.

* On Oct. 31, officers responded to 15th Avenue in reference to a petit larceny which had already occurred. Codi Norman reported $370 cash stolen by someone at Certified Oil.
