* Justin Kyle Tewkesbury, 27, of Belpre was arrested on June 26 on warrants for charges of third-offense driving on a suspended license, obstructing, no proof of insurance and improper lane change.

* Heather Michelle Gaspers, 26, of Belpre was arrested on June 26 on a charge of first-offense driving under the influence.

* On June 26, officers responded to Go Mart in Parkersburg for an embezzlement that had already occurred.
