VIENNA – The Vienna Police Department released the following reports on April 24.

* On April 21, Disha K. Skukela, 18, Vienna, was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $313.97.

* On April 22, Eugene M. Fausnaugh, 26, Vienna, was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting in the amount of $3.76.

* On April 22, Stephen C. Bonson, 43, Parkersburg, was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $58.03.

* On April 22, Katie D. Cline, 25, Marietta, was arrested on a shoplifting warrant.

VIENNA – The Vienna Police Department released the following reports April 17:

* William Morehead of Vienna said someone from April 3-14 removed two pair of diamond earrings and a diamond ring, approximate value $2,000.

* Matthew McKitrick of Vienna said someone between 9:30 p.m. April 15 and 9:30 a.m. April 16 removed a red Murray lawnmower from his residence.

* Ernest R. Myer III, 22, of Belpre was cited to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $36.80.

* Adam A. Park, 24, of Vienna was cited to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $25.97.

VIENNA – The Vienna Police Department released the following reports on April 15.

* On April 10, it was reported that on April 7, a black female passed three $100 bills that ended up being counterfeit. This case is under investigation.

* On April 10, Danielle R. Mason, 21, of Parkersburg was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $77.

* On April 11, Geno A. Demaio, 20, of Marietta was arrested for burglary and escape.

* On April 11, Andrea D. Elmore, 29, of Parkersburg was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for petit larceny.

* On April 11, Ashley H. McGrew, 22, of Belleville was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Sears in the amount of $102.

* On April 11, a counterfeit $100 was passed at Kmart.

* On April 14, Trent J.Armstrong, 24, of Parkersburg was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $29.36.

* On April 11, Wesley E. Johnson, 29, of Coolville was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for fraudulent return in the amount of $128.13.

* On April 11, Katy Patton, 30, of Parkersburg was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for fraudulent return in the amount of $84.47.

* On April 14, Kathy A. Waggoner, 43, of Ohio was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Deb in the amount of $109.55.

* On April 14, David O. Wells, 25, of Vienna was arrested on a warrant for forgery of a public document.

VIENNA – The Vienna Police Department released the following reports on April 9.

* On April 8, Adria Mossor of Vienna advised April 5 or 6, someone cut the left rear tire on his 2010 Ford Focus while it was parked in a gravel parking lot off Ninth Avenue.

* On April 8, Ryan M. Whitlatch, 34, of Vienna was issued a citation to appear in Wood County Magistrate Court for expired motor vehicle inspection and possession of a controlled substance.

* On April 8, Morgan M. Francis, 29, of Parkersburg was issued a citation to appear in Vienna Municipal Court for shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $59.36.

VIENNA – The Vienna Police Department released the following reports April 7:

* On April 3, Richard G. Petty, of Vienna, advised that March 30 or 31, he heard a loud bang, but didn’t notice anything outside. Petty advised that he took the trash out and that is when he noticed his truck being damaged on the hood and driver’s side headlight.

* On April 3, Chasady Whipkey, of Vienna, advised that between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. on that date her son’s bicycle was removed from the front porch of the residence.

* On April 3, a loss prevention officer at Wal-Mart advised that someone removed an iPhone5S from a display case in the electronic department, removed the phone from the box, placing the box in sporting goods, and then left the store without paying for the same.

* On April 3, Carrie A. Johnson, 31, of Parkersburg, was cited through Vienna Municipal Court on a charge of shoplifting from Kmart in the amount of $114.41.

* On April 3, Dalton L. Boso, 19, of Reedsville, Ohio, was cited through Vienna Municipal Court on a charge of shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $97.

* On April 3, Christopher W. Hicks, 19, of Ravenswood, was arrested on a charge of possession with intent to deliver marijuana.

* On April 4, a Sears loss prevention officer advised that an employee had been stealing merchandise without paying for it, and that she had been doing fraudulent returns to get cash back from her register. Warrants will be obtained on the subject for embezzlement.

* On April 4, Katie D. Cline, 25, of Marietta, was cited to appear in Vienna Municipal Court on a charge of shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $517.38.

* On April 4, Yvonne M. Hicks, 44, of Parkersburg, was cited to appear in Vienna Municipal Court on a charge of shoplifting from Wal-Mart in the amount of $12.94 and for trespassing.
