Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on Sept. 6:

* Sara Long, 28, Eight Spielers Drive, Proctor, pleaded no contest to speeding, 81 mph in a 55 mph zone, driving while suspended or revoked and no proof of insurance. She was assessed $835.75 in court costs and fines.

* Mitchael Delancy, 42, Seven Morris St., Salem, was arraigned on three counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michele Mayhew, 36, 904 Agnes St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

* Brandon McMillion, 26, 614 32nd St., was arraigned on a charge of escape and is being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Ambriana Chancellor, 21, 1488 Riser Ridge Road, Walker, pleaded no contest to speeding, 82 mph in a 65 mph zone. She was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

* Abby Wright, 31, 435 North Lake Drive, Vincent, pleaded no contest to speeding, 83 mph in a 70 mph zone. She was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* John Simons, 30, 2204 10th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to speeding, 82 mph in a 70 mph zone. He was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.
