PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on June 11:

* Michael Goodwin, 48, 2811 29th St., Apartment M, Parkersburg, was arraigned for providing false information, driving while revoked for DUI and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana; he was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Misty Riddell, 26, 132 Whispering Pines Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of obstruction; as part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines and sentenced to 20 days of probation.

* Harold McGraw, 49, 401 13th St. Apartment A, Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of violation of a protective order and public intoxication because the alleged victim was not present.

* Scott Bland, 34, Parkersburg, was dismissed on the charges of destruction of property and domestic assault because the alleged victim was not present.

* David Richards, 25, 121 Rockland Drive, Williamstown, was dismissed on a charge of grand larceny because the victim was not cooperative with prosecution.

* Brittany Robey, 30, 3602 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on the charges of public intoxication and a second charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She was assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines and sentenced to 90 days of unsupervised probation.

* Raylan Brown, 21, 3443 Way Court, Columbus, was dismissed on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription because the witnesses failed to appear and lab results have not been received by the state.

* Robert Goodnight Jr., 41, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while intoxicated; he was sentenced to nine months of home confinement with credit for 12 days and assessed $345.25 in court costs and fines.

* Christopher McGuire, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic assault and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Stephen Faby, 62, 926 Paulin Road, Poland, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of indecent exposure and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tristan Ray, 22, 37 Royal Gardens Court Suite 6, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of obstruction and brandishing after pointing a gun at two people and threatening them then refusing to stand down when ordered by an officer.

* Richard Davis, 45, 3091 Progress Ridge Road, Walker, was arraigned on a charge of assault, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana, and driving while suspended, a third offense. He was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Joel Wright, 20, 2558 Jericho Road, Walker, pleaded guilty to failure to maintain control and striking an unattended vehicle; he was assessed $360.50 in court costs and fines.

* Deidre Hines, 45, 2807 27th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to the charge of fraudulent activity and connection of an access device and was sentenced to one year of probation and assessed $170.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on June 12:

* Cara Beth, 36, 1911 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana and cocaine; she was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Matthew Gearhart, 22, 1008 Briggs Road, Belpre, pleaded guilty to charges of improper registration and no proof of insurance and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on a second charge of no proof of insurance and a charge of reckless driving. He was assessed $545.50 in court costs and fines.

* David Grimes Jr., 31, 5504 Third Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to charges of fleeing and shoplifting; as part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on the charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and obstruction. He was sentenced to time served, assessed $365.50 in court costs and fines and ordered to pay a $246.14 civil penalty to the victim.

* Paul Harton, 38, 66 Berkley Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jeffrey Godfrey, 49, 1604 Rayon Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Sexton, 32, homeless, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstruction, trespassing and disorderly conduct. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tabitha Stanley, 41, 620 Lubeck Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, disorderly conduct and public intoxication. She was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Foran, 57, 1336 Staunton Turnpike, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana, left of center and DUI. He was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kevin Barnes, 57, 10000 Bay Pines Boulevard, St. Petersburg, Fla., was arraigned on charges of a DUI second offense and driving while suspended or revoked; he was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Daniel Hickman, 34, 1342 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Lacole Dalrymple, 32, 126 Ruble Road, Belleville, plead no contest to driving while suspended or revoked and left of center. She was assessed $445.50 in court costs and fines.

* Amanda Gilliland, 35, of Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of worthless check after paying it in full.

* Rachael Bunner, 42, 701 Summers St., Parkersburg, waived her preliminary hearing on a charge of manufacturing, delivering or possession with the intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance.

* Lawrence Brown, 30, 37 Carolyn St., Harrisville, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Doyle, 27, 16 1/2 Ross Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a charge of operating without safety belts and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Joshua Trembley, 34, 500 13th St. Apartment 206, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of no registration and was assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Vanessa Grey, 45, 98 Boaz Gardens Drive Apartment 40, Williamstown, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Justin Fernandez, 30, 1003 Jackson Ave. Apartment A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Opal Blessing, 48, 613 Lulu St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of disorderly conduct and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* Russell Perry, 49, 264 East Wildwood Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of public intoxication and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon Hettinger, 22, 718 Colvin St. Apartment E, Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of driving while suspended or revoked and released on a $250 personal recognizance bond.

* Ethan Dye, 27, 2409 26th Place, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of trespassing and released on a $100 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenneth Holbert, 40, 910 30th St. Apartment 5, Parkersburg, had his preliminary hearing waived on a charge of malicious assault his case has been bound over to the Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Josh Stanley, 26, 708 Neal St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of a motor boat required equipment and was dismissed on a charge of improper registration. He was assessed $190.25 in court costs and fines.

* Lexie Wade, 19, 1224 1/2 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on the charges of driving while suspended and failure to dim and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* William Deems, 53, 1516 Cypress St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of public intoxication and was assessed $175.25 in court costs and fines.
