Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on April 25:

* Nichole Mollohan, 38, 1114 Spring St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Ronald Bush Jr., 40, 47 Elm St., Davisville, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Katherine Harbison, 22, homeless, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $500 surety bond.

* Jeremy Crites, 42, 3948 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, was ticketed for speeding 51 in a 35 zone.

* Joseph Lowther, 40, 115 Cherry St., Harrisville, had his preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacturing delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and his case has been bound over to circuit court for grand jury consideration.

* Jacqueline Collins, 64, 391 Northwood Terrace, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to speeding 54 in a 45 zone and was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

* Bobbi Fulkerson, 52, 159 Ryanwood Village, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Klatik, 42, 13091 Kevin Drive, Doylestown, Ohio, was arraigned on the charge of DUI and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Mackey, 37, 2024 17th St., Apartment 5, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to trespassing and was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines.

* Morgan Francis, 34, 127 Victory St., Parkersburg, had his preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacturing delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and his case has been bound over to circuit court for grand jury consideration.

* Jasmine Graves, 19, 920 Eutaw Place, Huntington, had her preliminary hearing waived on a charge of manufacturing delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver a controlled substance and his case has been bound over to circuit court for grand jury consideration.

* Charles Bonesteell III, 25, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fleeing from officers, driving while suspended and no registration. As part of a plea agreement he was dismissed on charges of false certificates and no insurance. He was sentenced to 30 days in the North Central Regional Jail and assessed $470.50 in court costs and fines.

* Whitney Lemus-Diaz, 29, 83 Post Mill Way, Apartment 405, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a charge of child abuse by a parent or guardian and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Christina Odell, 24, 807 33rd St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Justin Moore, 28, 510 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Ishmeil Ward, 25, 2405 Highland Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to charges of battery of a government representative and indecent exposure and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on a charge of obstruction. He was sentenced to 30 days in the North Central Regional Jail and assessed $320.50 in court costs and fines.
