Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on March 7.

* Sandra Green, 34, 726 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and was released on a $500 surety bond.

* Ally Rhiann Propst, 24, 507 Orchard Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on the charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Kevin Lee Wilson, 28, 511 Olive St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving while suspended, petit larceny, improper registration and no insurance. He was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Michael Morris, 33, 2928 Altzer Road, Arnoldsburg, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving while suspended, a third offense, and was sentenced to 30 days of home confinement and assessed $310.25 in court costs and fines.

* Jeromee Todd Donaway, 30, 4211 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two charges of manufacturing, delivery or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, methamphetamine and heroin, and a charge of prohibited person possessing a firearm. He was being held at the North Central Regional Jail on a $155,000 surety bond.

* Troy Shawn Smith, 48, 2277 Velma Ave., Columbus, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on a charge of driving while revoked for DUI. He was assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Morgan Francis, 34, 910 Core Road, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of a controlled substance, and as part of a plea agreement was dismissed on two other charges of possession of a controlled substance. She was sentenced to 120 days in the North Central Regional Jail and assessed $180.25 in court costs and fines.

* Anthony Douglas, 33, 4212 16th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of prohibited person possessing a firearm and was sentenced to nine months in the North Central Regional Jail and assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Glen Johnson, 32, 419 Summers St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and disorderly conduct and was assessed $430.50 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — The following cases were heard in Wood County Magistrate Court on March 8.

* Carl Robert Naylor, 50, 1023 George St., Parkersburg, had his preliminary hearing waived on charges of fleeing while under the influence, fleeing in a vehicle with bodily injury and fleeing with reckless indifference. His case has been bound over to Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Megan Anne Vanhorn, 33, 322 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended or revoked and was sentenced to 90 days on home confinement and assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines. As part of a plea agreement she was dismissed on a charge of failure to maintain control.

* Aaron Waggoner, 35, Parkersburg, was dismissed on two counts of domestic battery with prejudice due to the time between the incident and the warrant for arrest.

* Ron Snyder, Vienna, was dismissed without prejudice on a charge of domestic battery because the victim no longer wished to pursue.

* David Phillips, 36, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 surety bond.
