PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Sept. 19.

* Jesse L. Kersey, 23, homeless, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, obstruction and fleeing. He is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $2,500 surety bond.

* Cecillia Ann Fluharty, 42, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A charge was dropped against Adam Allen Locke, 53, 722 Tuttle St., Belpre, for driving under the influence as he is now deceased.

* Rhena Dell Stanley, 68, 1107 Division St., Parkersburg, was dismissed on a charge of trespassing as the state no longer wants to prosecute.

* Nora Mae Cline, 44, 1516 27th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property and violating a protective order. She was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Tiffany Mae Rhodes, 21, 209 Tippens Lane, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. As part of a plea agreement, she was dismissed on a charge of improper registration. She was sentenced to six months probation and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Amy Marie Mackey, 27, 1606 Paul St. Apartment C, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while suspended and assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* Matthew Wayne Lewis, 31, 334 Captain Ames Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned for failure to register as a sex offender and released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Stephanie Marie Amos, 25, 701 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to cruelty to animals and assessed $460.25 in court costs and fines.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Sept. 20.

* Jose Luis Grimaldo-Moran, 31, Arlington, Texas, was released on $2,500 bond for a charge of driving while impaired.

* Roxanne Senee Ward, 35, 422 Market St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, was released on $500 bond for a charge of battery.

* Gary Dean Beagle Jr., 34, 1208 Park Ave., New Matamoras, was released on $5,000 bond for a charge of failure to return rental property.

* Michael Paul Surface, 44, 701 Race St., Parkersburg, had a charge of third-offense shoplifting dismissed.

* Tylar Wayne Rutland, 23, 3410 12th Ave., Vienna, had a charge of illegal possession of wildlife dismissed.

* Lewis Jonathan-Blake Williams, 22, 2400 Lynn St., Parkersburg, had a charge of violating a protective order dismissed.

* A warrant charging battery was dismissed against Missy Ann McCain, 37, 116 Creel Drive, Mineral Wells.

* Nathan Lee Goines, 54, 36 Royal Gardens Court Apt. 25, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and fined $210.25.

* Robert Lee Krafft, 32, 2519 39th St. Apt. D, Parkersburg, was released on $4,000 bond for two counts of violating protective orders.

* Nora Mae Cline, 44, c/o 1516 27th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to violating a domestic protective order, fined $644.25 and placed on one year of unsupervised probation. A charge of destruction of property was dismissed.

* A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed against James Clarence Nelson, 35, 59 Willowbrook Drive, Parkersburg.

* A charge of driving on a suspended license was dismissed against Gale Allan Seevers Jr., 32, 539 Champion School Road, Belleville.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Sept. 21.

* Andrea Sees, 25, 1210 Laird Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, no operator’s and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, methamphetamine; she is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Heath Bryne Greathouse, 40, 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on fraudulent use of an access device and is being held at North Central Regional Jail on a $2,500 surety bond.

* David Allen Azinger, 51, 2703 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of violation of a protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert R Cale, 38, 350 Sturgis School Road, Masontown, W.Va., pleaded guilty to shoplifting; he was assessed $185.25 in court costs and fines and $260 in restitution.
