PARKERSBURG — On Aug. 24, Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports.

* Mark William Richards, 30, 57 Harley Lane, Pennsboro, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Lacole D. Dalrymple, 31, 1220 Williamson Ave., New Matamoras, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of driving with a revoked license, no insurance and defective equipment. She was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Steven Michael Wells, 29, 1613 15th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of manufacturing, delivering and possession with intent to manufacture and deliver methamphetamine.

* Bradley I. Swisher, 38, 2708 Broad St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, no motor vehicle inspection and driving while revoked for driving under the influence. He is being held in the North Central Regional Jail on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert James McFee, 40, was arraigned on a third-offense domestic battery charge and was released on a $5,000 bond.

* Sherry A. Parsons, 43, 373 Roky Road, Grantsville, was arraigned on charge of no insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Gregory Alan Stevens, 59, was arraigned on two charges of domestic battery third offense and is being held on a $5,000, 10 percent cash bond.

* Stacy K. Odell, 48, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Amanda Elizabeth Parish, homeless, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting, public intoxication, obstruction of an officer, failure to render information and five counts of forgery of public records. She is being held with a $7,500 surety bond.

* Sarah A. Atkinson, 29, 101 Grapevine Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on the charges of improper registration and expired motor vehicle inspection and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Aaron Ethan Graham, 45, 1300 Ash Road, Marietta, was arraigned on boating under the influence charge and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following cases on Aug. 29.

* Chad S. Jasper, 27, 1617 Pike St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing and is being held on a $500 surety bond.

* Kaula M Mcvey, 30, 857 Big Tygart Creek Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on two counts of shoplifting and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* A preliminary hearing was waived for Pamela Sue Travis, 58, 2303 23rd St., Parkersburg, charged with grand larceny and 13 counts of forgery.

* A citation for an expired inspection sticker was dismissed against Leana M Remmeloo, 24, 923 Society Hill Road, Mineral Wells.

* A citation for not having proof of insurance against Barry R Robinson, 19, 14 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was dismissed after providing proof of insurance.

* Joshua Eugene Taylor, 37, 3293 Little Hill Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty with a plea agreement on charges of falsely reporting an emergency incident. He was assessed $160.25 in court costs and served 9 days.

* Stephanie Burchard, 38, 2510 Avery St., Parkersburg, was dismissed with a deferred sentence for possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.

She pleaded guilty with a plea agreement for driving a vehicle without an interlock device and dismissed as part of the plea agreement on charges of an improper motor vehicle registration, no insurance and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. She was assessed $420.50 in court costs and fines and sentenced to a year and six months probation with six months already completed.

* Ashley Nicole Davis, 30, in care of 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was dismissed on one count of bringing into the state receiving or disposing of stolen property and another state because the evidence doesn’t support the crime.

* Julian Swann,36, 2021 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, dismissed from a ticket for not having a motor vehicle inspection after going to get a new motor vehicle inspection.

* Dennis James Hicks, 33, of Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of a crash and failure to maintain control and was assessed $340.50 in fines and court costs.

* Brandi Michelle McCroskey, 37, of Keyser, W.Va., pleaded guilty to driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs. A separate count of public intoxication was dismissed because the charge was more than a year old and no warrant had been issued.

* Anthony Scott Powell, 33, of 502 Thomas St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a license suspended/revoked for miscellaneous, a lesser included offense to the original charge of driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence. He was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Charges of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, were dismissed against Gregory Morris Salter, 47, of 5500 Second Ave., Vienna, because the state was not ready to proceed. Court documents say it had been 137 days since Salter’s arraignment, violating his right to a speedy trial.

* Kathy A. Gray, 46, of 619 10th St., Apt. B, Marietta, pleaded guilty to prohibited use of a cell phone and was fined $100.

* Audrey Diane Thompson, 22, of 40 Pioneer Circle, Apt. 205, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Nicole M. Nutter, 35, of 4049 Shelving Rock Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and failure to maintain control and was assessed $430.50 in fines and court costs. A worthless check charge from 2003 was dismissed because the state had no file on it and did not wish to pursue the matter.

* Robert Eugene Adams, 54, of 1558 Long Run Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to driving on a license suspended/revoked for miscellaneous, a lesser included offense to the original charge of first-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI. He was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* James Patrick Bruce Sr., 52, of 906 Lynn St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to obstructing and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

* Seven counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed, without prejudice, against Sandra Ruthann Green, 33, of 135 Whispering Pine Court, Parkersburg, because a prosecution witness was not present and lab results had not been provided.

* Mark Aaron Ward, 43, care of 1131 1/2 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to shoplifting, was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs and was ordered to pay a $473.92 civil penalty to Sheetz.

* Charges of obstructing and disorderly conduct were dismissed, without prejudice, against Ericka Ranae Randolph, 38, care of 1314 Spring St., Parkersburg, because neither the defendant nor the officer was present in court.

* A charge of petit larceny was dismissed, without prejudice, against Angela Jane Thompson, 42, of 609 Lulu St., Parkersburg, after the alleged victim failed to appear.

* A charge of violation of a protective order was dismissed against Brian Gene Swiger, 41, of Parkersburg, after it was determined the alleged violation occurred after the order expired.

* Amanda Sue Boso, 33, of 3207 Charles Drive, Vienna, pleaded guilty to DUI, speeding 58 mph in a 40 mph zone and improper lane change. She was sentenced to four hours in jail and assessed $335.50 in fines and court costs. Two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed.

* A charge of expired motor vehicle inspection was dismissed against Johnathan Lott, 25, of Parkersburg, because he obtained a new sticker.

* A charge of expired motor vehicle inspection was dismissed against Isiah James Arbogast, 19, of 6456 Volcano Road, Walker, after he traded in the vehicle with the expired sticker.

* Dashawna Elizabeth Hatcher, 29, in custody at the North Central Regional Jail, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of grand larceny and was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Jason Lee Gregory, 38, of 1626 Reed St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to petit larceny and was sentenced to six months in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. He was ordered to serve 10 days in jail prior to completing a treatment program. Gregory was assessed $160.25 in court costs and ordered to pay $100 in restitution to the Antique Mall on Staunton Avenue. A charge of counterfeiting was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate’s Court heard the following cases on Aug. 30.

* Michael David McWilliams, 50, 1105 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned for obstruction and released on a $500 surety bond.

* Sarah Owens, 31, 7 Hailey Heights, Parkersburg, was arraigned on compulsory school attendance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Purcell Bonesteel III, 24, 1402 Andrew St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to destruction of property and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Jamar Donnell Stewart, 23, 3740 Maxwell St., Detroit, Mich., was arraigned for conspiracy to deliver heroin, and is being held at the Northern Central Regional Jail on a $10,000 cash bond.

* Alontez Jammall Purdue, 24, 17661 Collinson Ave., East Point, Mich., was arraigned for conspiracy to deliver heroin and is being held at the Northern Central Regional Jail on a $35,000 cash bond.

* Timothy Allen Alkire, 41, homeless, was arraigned for the violation of a DV protection order and is being held at the Northern Central Regional Jail on a $1,000 cash bond.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Aug. 31.

* Brandon Barber, 23, 1000 19th St. Apartment 9, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving while suspended and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rhodessa Hosselton, 47, 852 Deems Road, Mineral Wells, was dismissed on a charge of no proof of insurance after providing proof of insurance

* Arthur Ramirez Steger, 37, 166 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned for driving while revoked for a DUI second offense and released on a $500 personal recognizance Bond.

* Travis Jacobs Sparks, 40, 4856 Stillwell Road, Davisville, was arraigned for a second offense DUI and having no operators and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Thomas Bryan Moore, 50, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstruction, domestic battery and assault on a police officer. He was released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jeremy Adam Hatcher, 37, 3608 Packard St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, destruction of property, resisting arrest and failure to render information and was released on $1,500 surety bond.
