PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports on Aug. 22:

* Michael Glen Lemon, 59, 810 Sixth St., Beverly, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired with a blood alcohol content of .15 and his bond was set at $2,500 personal recognizance with 10 percent cash.

* Kyle Jordan Hendershot, 28, 281 Dempsie Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, methamphetamine, and battery. He was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Tela Dawn Elliott, 26, was arraigned on charges of no insurance, failure to yield to an emergency vehicle, one count of possession of a controlled substance and one count of obstruction. Charges of no operator’s license, public intoxication, two counts of obstruction and two counts of possession of a controlled substance were dismissed with a plea deal.

* Stephen Ray Grey, 37, was arraigned on charges of domestic violence and driving while license suspended. He was released on a $1,000 bond and was assessed $260.25 in court costs and fines.

* A charge of fleeing from an officer was dismissed against Brandon Michael Chichester, 19, 2506 Ninth Ave., Parkersburg.

* Keith Allen Lamp, 33, 565 Sixth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of utility tampering and shoplifting. He was assessed $345.50 in court costs and fines, was assessed $66.86 in restitution to the victim, and was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.

* A domestic battery charge was dismissed against Kenneth Charles Newhouse, 58, Vienna, because the alleged victim did not appear in court.

* Christopher Paul Smith, 31, 2805 Dudley Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance without a prescription. He was assessed $180.25 in fines and court cost and was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation.

* Brandon M. Boling, 34, 1075 Neighborhood Road, Gallipolis, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a no seat belt charge and was assessed a $25 fine.

* The case against Michael Anthony Laurnoff, 54, 571 Sixth St., Parkersburg, was dismissed on charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct because of a lack of evidence.

* Garrett Lee Morrison, 20, 232 Bunker Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a charge of petit larceny. He was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs and $400 restitution.

* The charge of second-offense shoplifting against Zachary Allen Riggs, 29, 1510 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was dismissed because the case is too old, a witness is unavailable and the state no longer wants to prosecute.

* The shoplifting charge against Justin Ryan Brown, 36, 10 Fisher Mobile Home Park, Cottageville, was dismissed because the arresting officer no longer works there and the witness no longer works at the store.

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court heard the following reports on Aug. 23.

* Donnie Nelson Crawford, 38, 910 Pike St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving while license suspended and defective equipment. He was assessed $430.50 in court costs and fines

* Charges of second-offense driving while license suspended and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription against Sheena Marie Davis, 54, 4814 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, were dismissed without prejudice due to lack of required evidence.

* Denna Marie Lott, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving with a revoked license, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and domestic battery. Charges of possession of a controlled substance and driving with a revoked license were dismissed as part of a plea agreement. She was assessed $791 in fines and court costs with unsupervised probation for one year and 90 days suspended.

* Heath Byrne Greathouse, 40, no address listed, was arraigned on two charges of assault of government representative and two counts of obstruction of an officer and released on a $2,000 bond.

* Brian Matthew Richards, 27, Logston Run Road, Ravenswood, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving while impaired and released on an $8,000 bond.

* Justine Mae McIntyre, 22, 307 Devers Fork, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license and possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, methamphetamine, and released on a $3,000 bond.

* Jason Jeffrey Miller, 41, 11 Helen Ave., Parkersburg, was cited for driving with a revoked license.

* Daniel Dwaine Flanigan, 27, 1806 Foley Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, marijuana, and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert Eugene Barker, 26, 1022 Avery St., No. 6, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of no operator’s license, defective equipment, no child restraint and no seat belt and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Robert L Davis, 28, 4237 12th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned for driving with a revoked license, no insurance and improper registration and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Taylor Brooke Stansberry, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, heroin, and released on a $1,000 bond with the condition of attending AA meetings three times a week.

* Jason Ryan Stewart, 26, 809 Morgan Ave., Belpre, was arraigned on a charge of obstruction and released on a $1,000 bond.

* A charge of littering was dismissed against April Honey Youst, 37, 810 54 St. Apt. A, Vienna.

* Amy Marie Mackey, 27, 1606 Tygart St. Apt. C, Parkersburg, was fined $100 for driving while license suspended.
