Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — On July 13 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Michael Lewis Stauffer Jr., 48, 4604 Marlin Drive, Charleston, was arraigned on charges of no proof of insurance, expired registration, driving on a suspended or revoked license and no motor vehicle inspection and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandy Nichole Wartes, 31, 418 Avery St., Apt. 404, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of forgery and uttering and is in custody in lieu of a $5,000 surety bond.

* Nicholas Lee Wilson, 25, 410 Fourth Ave., Apt. C, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Anthony Ryan Peters, 37, 173 Killdeer Lane, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of no insurance, improper registration and driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Airrion Antwoin Smith, 44, 1614 Pearcy Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of heroin and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Alante R. Robinson, 28, 233 Captain Parkers Trail, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of trespassing and was bound over to circuit court.

* A charge of grand larceny against Bryan Anthony Thompson, 27, 1220 20th St., Parkersburg, was dismissed without prejudice after the defendant and alleged victim failed to appear.

* A charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle against Corey Mark Porter, 32, 55 E. Wildwood Drive, Parkersburg, was dismissed without prejudice after the alleged victim failed to appear.

* A charge of violation of a protective order against Eric Lee Harmon Jr., Belpre, was dismissed without prejudice because the witness is not cooperative.
