Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — On June 1 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Zoe R. Miller, 18, 1030 Quincy St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for defective equipment and no operator’s license and was assessed $350.50 in fines and court fees.

* Casondra L. Satterfield, 32, 2767 Sams Creek Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a citation for speeding in a construction area, 80 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $200.25 in fines and court fees.

* Blaine Edward Waybrignt, 44, 903 Myrtle St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a disorderly conduct charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Holli Renae Parsons, 34, 1616 Club Drive, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and was released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Terence U. Stokes, 30, 410 CR 212, Shubuta, Miss., was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and no operator’s license and was assessed a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael A. Armstrong, 38, 28295 Ohio 26, New Matamoras, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a citation for no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court fees.

* Kisha N. Barker, 20, 2102 Pennsylvania Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of false reporting of an emergency and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Amanda Sue Boso, 33, 3207 Charles Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on two counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and was released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Johnny Lee Frame, 34, 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of fleeing from an officer, third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 30 days in jail for the driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons charge with credit for eight days served and was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation for the possession charge and was assessed $700.75 in fines and court fees.

* Heather Sierra Simms-Hollingsworth, 25, 1725 20th Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge petit larceny, was sentenced to 11 days served and was assessed $475.25 in fines and court fees. A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

* James Edward Wallbrown Jr., 29, 413 E. Eighth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of fleeing from an officer, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees. A charge of obstructing an officer was dismissed as part of the plea agreement.

* Jason Baldwin, 35, 12 Ninth St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and driving too fast for roadway conditions and was assessed $425.50 in fines and court fees.
