Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — On March 2 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court:

* Toney Lee Dickel, 27, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery of a government employee and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Bradley Miles Hanlon, 27, 52 Haddale Ave., Wheeling, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Carl C. Robinson, 29, 621 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of falsely reporting an emergency and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Scott Lee Carpenter, 55, 415 1/2 Third St., Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and was released on a $2,000 surety bond. He was also arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $5,000 bond.

* Rhonda Marie Bay, 30, Davisville, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and battery and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenneth C Roberts, 58, 2503 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a no insurance charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Terri Alexis Greathouse-Tate, 21, 1750 Quincy St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of no operator’s license and was assessed $340.50 in fines and court fees.

* Blake McKenzie Keel, 1666 School House Road, Little Hocking, Ohio, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and was bound over to circuit court.

* Anthony James Roton, 30, 406 Dodge Ave., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of battery of a police officer, obstructing an officer, disorderly conduct, destruction of property and assault of a police officer and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Savannah Marie Dudley, 29, 298 Maplewood Heights Drive, Ripley, pleaded guilty to a charge of false pretenses, was sentenced to eight months in jail suspended for two years unsupervised probation with credit for 76 days served and was assessed $410.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jordan W. Beebe, 27, 1505 Warren Chapel Road, Fleming, Ohio, pleaded guilty to charges of obstructing an officer and battery of a government employee or medical personnel, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement for the battery charge and was assessed $390.50 in fines and court fees. Charges of public intoxication and disorderly conduct were dismissed as part of the plea agreement.
