Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — On Oct. 6 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Robert Wayne Parker, 34, 1049 Stadium Drive, Apt. 4, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, leaving the scene of an accident, fishing without a license, fishing without identification, illegal possession of wildlife and obstructing a DNR officer and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* David Eddie Hill, 39, 1727 Julian Road, Julian, W.Va., was bound over to circuit court after probable cause was found for a grand larceny charge.

* Jeremy Douglas Newlon, 35, 4060 Dutchman Road, MacFarlan, W.Va., pleaded no contest to a citation for motor vehicle inspection and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Timothy Raymond Hutson, 31, 1010 Johnson Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license and possession of a controlled substance, heroin, and was released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Felicity Dawn Jackson, 27, 140 19th St., Apt. A, Vienna, was arraigned as a fugitive from justice on a fleeing charge. She was remanded to jail to await an extradition hearing.

* Matthew Joe Hunter, 42, 305 Ridge Road, Alma, W.Va., was arraigned on charges of failure to obey a traffic control device and first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Alicia Dawn Brannon, 43, 410 Sarah St., Mineral Wells, was arraigned on truancy and second-offense truancy charges. She was released on a $1,000 bond.
