* Mark Lynn Valentine, 44, 905 13th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Tasha Marie Carver, 33, 1842 Rutledge Road, Transfer, Pa., pleaded guilty to a charge of driving while impaired, was sentenced to eight hours served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Rusmir Ibralic, 41, 902 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of DUI with a blood alcohol concentration of .15 or less, was sentenced to one hour served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

PARKERSBURG – On July 1 the following reports were released by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* James Franklin Guinn, 56, 305 Sharon St., Mineral Wells, waived a preliminary hearing on charges of attempting to disarm a corrections officer and attempting to escape and was bound over to circuit court.

* Tanner Rhett Gentis, 23, 509 W. Francis St., Madill, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense DUI and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Tyler Scott Britton, 21, 7 Woodland Park Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* David Lee Kinney, 58, 27 Carpenters Run Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 59 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Travis Haves, 32, 902 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for no registration and no insurance and was assessed $530.50 in fines and court fees.

* Evan Denver Shively, 32, 2203 1/2 Grant St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a public intoxication citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Margaret Bush, 49, 2304 Harrison Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for no registration and no insurance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
