Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG – The Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Oct. 29:

* John P. Stilling, 33, 1906 Juliana St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on $1,000 bond.

* Jeffrey L. Phillips, 51, 606 Oliver St., Fairmont, was arraigned on a charge of reporting a false emergency and placed in the North Central Regional Jail.

* Justin A. Hofmeister, 28, 179 Front St., Marietta, pleaded guilty to a charge of domestic battery and sentenced to 30 days in jail, credit for one day served, and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* Rodney A. Hartley II, 23, 2403 45th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of no registration and was assessed $165.25 in court costs and fines.

* Benjamin S. Smith, 32, 126 Wilderness Valley Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a revoked license and assessed $660.25 in court costs and fines.

Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Oct. 28 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Donald E. Bartimus Jr., 34, 2346 Sealy Ridge Road, Vincent, Ohio, pleaded no contest to citations for improper registration, driving on a suspended or revoked license and no proof of insurance and was assessed $800.75 in fines and court fees.

* Amber R. Beardsley, 34, 1709 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a citation for improper registration and driving on a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $440.50 in fines and court fees.

* Steven C. Vincent, 24, 105 Delta Place Road, Davisville, pleaded no contest to a citation for illegal possession of wildlife and failure to field tag and was assessed $565.50 in fines and court fees.

* Jacob Lee Baldwin, 25, 164 Lake George Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to six hours served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Robert Gene Sheaves Jr., 42, 204 41st St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on a $2,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Shane L. Byers, 26, 35 Wildoats Road, Davisville, pleaded guilty to an expired motor vehicle inspection citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Shealyn D. Moss, 19, 319 Meldahl Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to a citation for underage consumption and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Stephanie Lynne Broadwater, 29, 2806 16th Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting and trespassing and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Joseph Scott Huggins, 23, 1310 15th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to charges of petit larceny, automobile breaking and entering and battery, was sentenced to two concurrent terms of 60 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation for the petit larceny and automobile breaking and entering charges and 30 days in jail with credit for 17 days served for the battery charge and was assessed $560.75 in court fees.

* Jamie Shane Nicholas, 39, 709 Tygart St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons, leaving the scene of an accident and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $1,500 bond.

* Roger Lee Wingrove, 57, 5222 Kanawha Blvd., Charleston, pleaded guilty to a battery charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Maxwell Billy-Daniel Cade, 23, 3924 Wolfe Run Road, Belleville, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and battery and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Jerry Glenn Burnley, 54, 1502 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to nine hours and 25 minutes served and was assessed $335.80 in fines and court fees.

* Shawn Michael Bailey, 19, 100 Rock Run Road, Walker, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of unlawful or malicious wounding and was bound over to circuit court.

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Oct. 1 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* John Joseph Kinnaird, 38, 622 33rd St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Linda Ann Ogle, 44, 2206 16th St., Apt. A1, Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a citation for first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Dennis Michael Hutton II, 28, 824 Lakeview Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license and no seat belt and was assessed $285.25 in fines and court fees.

* Karey Lee Smith, 28, 70 Nicholson Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, with intent to deliver and was released on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Misty Rayne Martin, 34, 5506 Sixth Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.
