PARKERSBURG – The following cases appeared in Wood County Magistrate Court on Sept. 29:

* Leonard John Rhyne III, 27, 403 13th St., Apt. A, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery, fleeing and obstructing and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Taylor Nicole Small, 21, 34 Orange Road, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on a petit larceny charge and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Jennifer Rose Hopkins, 19, 1208 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of battery of a police officer/government representative and was released on $6,000 bond.

* Savannah Lynn Knight, 27, 909 East 12th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Paul Dwyane Oates, 40, 2568 Nona Road, Columbus, was arraigned on a felony charge of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and his bond was set at $50,000.

* Joshua Vernon Knight, 30, 828 Cedar Grove Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a felony charge of burglary and a misdemeanor charge of destruction of property and his bond was set at $55,000.

* Christopher Gene Starcher, 36, 127 Hickory Heights, Mineral Wells, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of a controlled substance and was released on $4,000 bond.

* Gregory Allen Berry II, 42, 5022 1/2 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, improper registration, false motor vehicle inspection and no insurance and was released on $3,100 bond.

* Casey Jay Cox, 37, 17 West Lake St., Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a domestic assault charge and bond was set at $2,000.

* Timothy Wilson Ward, 33, 3706 Teays Valley Road, Apt. A, Hurricane, was arraigned on a domestic battery charge and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Jon James Smith, 29, 500 13th St., Apt. 300, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and was released on $2,000 bond.

* Ethan Kyle Dye, 23, 2409 26th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of entering without breaking into an automobile, possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance and petit larceny and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Jessica L. Barb, 24, 42 Lexington Park, Vienna, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on $3,000 bond.

* Brandon Harshbarger, 25, 1205 Poplar St., Belpre, was arraigned on a felony charge of accessory after commission of a felony and was released on $5,000 bond.

* Norma J. Freshour, 38, 159 Nobe Road, Big Bend, W.Va., was arraigned on felony charges of operating or attempting to operate a clandestine drug lab and possession of precursors for manufacturing meth and bond was set at $110,000.

* Christopher Michael Macky, 34, 14 Cummings St., Salem, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of overtaking a school bus and was released on $500 bond.

* Lindsay N. Williams, 32, 69 Greenwood Drive, Williamstown, pleaded guilty to improper registration and no seat belt and was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs. Williams pleaded no contest to second-offense driving under suspension and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court costs.

* Corey D. Burdette, 18, 1699 Forest Hills Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to expired operator’s license and was assessed $170.25 in fines and court costs.

* Chad E. Gardner, 25, 1111 10th St., Apt. B, Vienna, pleaded guilty to texting and driving and was assessed $100 in fines and court costs.

* Graham M. Cochran, 30, 101 Julia Ave., Williamstown, pleaded guilty to fishing without a license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

* Timothy A. Davis, 32, 2021 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $325.45 in fines and court costs.

* Gary Wayne Sharpe, 58, 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 4B, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under the influence, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court costs.

* Don Edward Workman, 50, 647 Main St., Apt. 703, Chapmanville, W.Va., pleaded guilty to DUI, was sentenced to time served and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

* Steven Raymond Borges, 51, 2510 21st Ave., Apt. 12, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving under suspension, was sentenced to 30 days in jail to be served intermittently and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Olivia B. Starcher, 39, 1230 Lakewood Circle, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to no seat belt and was fined $25.
