PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Sept. 25 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Michelle Dawn Gearhart, 39, 1006 1/2 George St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession with intent to deliver and was bound over to the grand jury.

* Sarah Ann Lilly, 31, 1333 Market St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on citations for leaving the scene of an accident and driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was released on a $3,000 bond.

* Roger Ralph Pickens, 66, 1715 Nash St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for speeding in a school zone and was released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Sard Melvin Williams, 39, 12330 Emerson Ave., L14, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a citation for improper motor vehicle inspection and third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license and was released on a $2,500 bond.

* Anthony Scott Powell, 29, 30 Middle Ridge Lane, Waverly, was arraigned on a DUI charge and was released on a $1,000 bond.

* Michael Brandon Hune, 37, 101 E. Eighth St., Williamstown, was arraigned on charges of battery and domestic battery and was released on a $1,000 surety bond.

* Dwayne J. Holmes, 35, 41 Devinwood, Apt. 102, Bridgeport, was arraigned on a speeding citation, 77 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Sept. 24 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Ashley Nicole McGrew, 23, 200 Naylor Road, Belleville, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to 90 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Robert Ray Hall Jr., 45, 1110 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a violation of a protective order charge, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement to be served consecutively to the sentence imposed after he admitted to violating his home confinement terms and was assessed $410.25 in fines and court fees.

* Brenda Weese, 50, 10 Riverview Trailer Park, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for no proof of insurance and defective equipment and was assessed $530.50 in fines and court fees.

* Russell Charles Buskirk, 18, 58 Oak St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to an expired motor vehicle inspection citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Gregory Nathaniel Shahan, 32, 4106 Century Court, Alexandria, Va., pleaded no contest to a citation for expired registration and driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $430.50 in fines and court fees.

* Michael Todd Umstot, 27, 15556 Emerson Ave., Waverly, pleaded no contest to a citation for a stop light violation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* William Clarence Barber, 43, 1011 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of crack cocaine with intent to deliver and malicious wounding and is in custody in lieu of a $600,000 surety bond.

* Amanda R. Wilson, 27, 1804 Spring St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons, was sentenced to 30 days home confinement and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG – The following reports were released Sept. 17 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Ashley Nichole Dowler, 25, 817 Hugh St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of forgery of a public document and was bound over to circuit court.

* Ricky L. Walker Jr., 34, 58 Aqua Circle, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for no seat belt and driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $285.25 in fines and court fees.

* Robert David Boyles III, 25, 233 Capt. Parker Trail, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license and no proof of insurance and was assessed $620.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jessie Eloise Meyer, 45, 107 Post Mail Way, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a citation for fishing without a license and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

* Christopher Michael Wolfe, 37, 1323 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to 140 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in fines and court fees.

* James A. Hupp, 50, 1650 Lake Hills Court, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a DUI charge, was sentenced to 12 days served and was assessed $335.25 in fines and court fees.

* Damin Joseph DeVan, 20, 418 Avery St., Apt. 401, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jacob Brice Lanham, 22, 1525 Pullman Road, Harrisville, was arraigned on a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Jason Leon Farnsworth, 36, 1007 12th St., Apt. 2, Vienna, was arraigned on charges of aggravated DUI, prohibited person in possession of a weapon, carrying a dangerous weapon and two counts of possession of a controlled substance, Clonazepam and Alprazolam, and was released on a $6,000 surety bond.

* Damian Michael Bettinger, 20, 209 Poplar Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, public intoxication, obstructing an officer and underage consumption and was released on a $3,000 bond.

* Cheryl Denise Taylor, 64, 808 Camden Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a battery charge and was released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Leonard E. Richards, 60, 314 Middle Ridge Road, Waverly, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense DUI, was sentenced to one year home confinement and was assessed $240.25 in court fees..

* Jeremiah Daniel Cross, 22, 4940 Pond Creek Road, Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to charges of driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees. He also pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* Ashley Nichole Berry, 24, 5022 1/2 Fourth Ave., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing for a charge of third-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI and was bound over to circuit court.

* Morgan Michael Flinn, 20, 296 Mitchell Lane, Washington, W.Va., pleaded no contest to a driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons citation and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

* Rachel D. Ketterman, 30, 1332 Dillaway St., Parkersburg, pleaded no contest to a citation for driving on a suspended or revoked license and failure to change operator’s license address and was assessed $425.50 in fines and court fees.

* Wade Robert Mitchell, 34, 238 Adams St., Zanesville, Ohio, pleaded guilty to a charge of transferring and receiving stolen property, was sentenced to six months in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $185.25 in court fees..

* Devante Alexander Bartlett, 37, 99 Fox Run Road, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to a charge of first-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, was sentenced to six months home confinement and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court fees.

Wood County Magistrate Court

PARKERSBURG – The following cases were heard Sept. 10 by Wood County Magistrate Court.

* Mark James Province, 43, 1606 Hill St., Apt. C, Belpre, pleaded guilty to a petit larceny charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $489.25 restitution and court fees.

* James Matthew Atkinson, 21, 1102 39th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a no operator’s license citation and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court fees.

* Crystal Lynn Tate, 23, 2111 Greens Run Road, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $215.25 in restitution and court fees.

* Robert D. Pennell, 32, 1102 Swann St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a battery charge, was sentenced to 30 days in jail suspended for one year unsupervised probation and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Steven Christopher Satterfield, 40, 2710 Bird St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense driving on a suspended or revoked license for miscellaneous reasons and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court fees.

* Jeffrey Ryan Boling, 34, 1312 Avery St., Apt. 3, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of fleeing while DUI and was bound over to circuit court.

* Michael Alan Brown, 45, 304 Palmer Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a shoplifting charge and was assessed $235.25 in fines, restitution and court fees.

* Chelsea Sagowitz, 24, 1108 Edwin St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to citations for driving left of center and failure to maintain control and was assessed $330.50 in fines and court fees.

* Kevin Andrew Jarrell, 47, 605 Fitzhugh St., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to a speeding citation, 70 mph in a 55 mph zone, and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court fees.

* Roner D. Mendes, 38, 200 Woodside Ave., Apt. 2, Winthrop, Mass., pleaded guilty to a no seat belt citation and was assessed a $25 fine.

* James A. Burke, 32, 119 Willowbrook Drive, Apt, 3, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of possession of less than 15 grams of a controlled substance, marijuana, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Dylan Ellis Miller, 24, 905 S. Main St., Towanda, Pa., pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court fees.

* Donald Wayne Shepherd, 50, 118 S. Fifth St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license for DUI, was sentenced to 90 days home confinement and was assessed $285.25 in fines and court fees.

* Roy Lee Goodnight Jr., 35, 1913 Nash St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of second-offense domestic battery, was sentenced to 120 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and was assessed $170.25 in court fees.

* Stacey Ray Smith, 46, 9927 Pond Creek Road, Rockport, pleaded guilty to a destruction of property charge, was sentenced to 10 days in jail suspended for six months unsupervised probation and was assessed $195.25 in court fees.

* Jessica N. Hopkins, 21, 1324 Colonial Drive, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of filing a false police report and false swearing and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.
