Christopher and Holly Dawson of Washington, W.Va., announce the birth of a son, Reese Michael Dawson, at 10:28 p.m. April 7. He weighed 8 pounds 5 ounces and was 20.5 inches in length.

Grandparents are Melvin and Susan Wright of Washington and Dennis and Donza Dawson of Belleville.

Great-grandparents are Charles and Joyce Wright of Williamstown, the late Dale Siers and Lori Siers of Parkersburg, Ray and Janet Moss of Lubeck and the late Dennis Dawson and Dorothy Dawson of Belpre.
