Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports April 15:

* Paula Jean Jackson, 32, of 1448 Fourth Ave., Apt. D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of battery, shoplifting and obstructing and released on a $500 personal recognizance and $600 surety bond.

* Earnest Eugene Barker II, 43, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and worthless check and released on a $500 personal recognizance and $500 surety bond.

* Easton L. Wilson, 18, of 2408 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Joni Lynn Knight, 20, of 2408 Elizabeth Pike, Mineral Wells, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, marijuana, and was sentenced to six months unsupervised probation and assessed $160.25 in court fees.

* Bobbi Jo Ross, 47, of 2701 New York Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of open dumping and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Keenan Jamar Watson, 23, of Dayton, Ohio, was arraigned on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance and held on a $20,000 cash bond.

* April Michelle Trippett, 25, of 820 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of breaking and entering of an automobile and petit larceny and released on a $2,000 bond. In a separate incident, she was arraigned on charges of fleeing on foot and obstructing and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Charles Junior Davis II, 40, of 1022 Lakeview Drive, Apt. D, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and released on a $1,000 bond.

* William Everett Biles, 48, of 2114 10th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving on a suspended/revoked license and three counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Dane Anthony Mason, 40, homeless, was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct and obstructing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Sean Michael Stump, 23, of 2404 27th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and truancy of an adult and released on a $600 bond.

* Kendra Nicole Rittenhouse, 20, of 41 Golf Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of destruction of property, brandishing a deadly weapon, failure to maintain control, leaving the scene of an accident with property damage and no seatbelt and released on a $1,000 bond.

* Ashley Nicole Lockhart, 25, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Tiffany Lynn Welch, 32, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $500 bond.

* Cassidy Renea Patterson, 19, of Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Charles Lee Trippett, 56, P.O. Box 63, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of receiving/transferring stolen property and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

* David Wayne Caltrider, 62, 3623 Packard St., Parkersburg, was released on $4,000 bond for DUI, having expired registration, having no proof of insurance and being a prohibited person with a firearm.

* Joyce Ann Tharp, 62, 261 Suzanne St., Washington, pleaded no contest to speeding and fined $165.25.

* Bret Garrison Primm, 19, 864 Main St., Cairo, pleaded guilty to speeding and fined $165.25.

* Morton Frey, 72, 4228 Windy Ridge Road, Palestine, had a charge of having no proof of insurance dismissed.

* Michael Anthony Hill, 833 Walker Road, Pendleton, S.C., had a charge of manufacturing/delivery of a controlled substance waived and bound over to Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Nathan Perry Simmons, 44, 3030 Lost Pavement Road, Parkersburg, had charges of third-offense shoplifting waived and bound over to Wood County Circuit Court for grand jury consideration.

* Dustin Chyenne Lamp, 40, 790 Summit Road, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a revoked license, sentenced to 30 days in jail and fined $420.50.

* Samuel I. McMasters, 510 Cranes Way, Unit 205, Altamonte Springs, Fla., was given probation for a charge of possession of a controlled substance.
