Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports March 25:

* Carl Clayton Robinson, 30, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. In a separate incident, he was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing and fleeing on foot and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jason Dale Johns, 34, of Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Shawn Michael Winstanley, 31, of 129 Central Drive, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of destruction of property and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Phillip Joseph Knittel, 55, of 1312 Avery St., Apt. 2, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and possession of a controlled substance, fentanyl, and was released on a $1,000 cash bond and $30,000 surety bond.

* Cindy Lynn Givens, 31, of 31 Apache Way, Elizabeth, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and bond was set at $5,000 surety.

* Kenneth Dewayne Holbert, 40, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of obstructing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond. In a separate incident, he was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Danielle Renee Cale, 25, of 509 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a worthless check charge and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Kenneth Patrick Hensley, 34, of P.O. Box 412, Mount Gay, W.Va., was arraigned on two counts each of petit larceny and false pretense and bond was set at $20,000.

* Mark David Blouir, 41, of 1091 Core Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent schemes and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Brandon M. Cumpston, 29, of 220 Grand Ave., St. Marys, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and first-offense shoplifting. Bond was set at $10,500, but he was held without bond on a capias warrant for conspiracy.

* Jonathan Gregory Bowersock, 28, of Waverly, was arraigned on charges of domestic battery and no registration and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Myron Alton Pringle, 42, of 1520 17th St., Parkersburg, had probable cause found on one count of felony disarming an officer and four counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and the cases were bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Dennis Ray Mott, 39, of 81 Strimer Drive, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to third-offense driving under suspension, was sentenced to 60 day home confinement and was assessed $310.25 in fines and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to false information and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs.

* Chapman Lee Rake, 30, of 2417 Highland Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension, possession of a controlled substance and use of a mobile device while driving and was released on $1,500 bond.

* Cheryl Lynn Congdon, 40, of 1802 1/2 Staunton Ave., Apt. 1, Parkersburg, was arraigned on three counts of possession of a controlled substance and was released on $500 bond.

* Angela Jo Jenkins, 50, of 1059 31st St., Apt. B, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving under suspension and no proof of insurance and was released on $500 bond.

Washington Sheriff

MARIETTA — Washington County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports March 25:

* On March 23, Deputy Stillson was informed that an inmate had assaulted another inmate inside the Washington County Jail. Through investigation, information was received that Tyler Blake Temple, 30, of Joe Skinner Road, Belpre, had assaulted another inmate. After completing the investigation it was determined that Temple would be charged with felonious assault, a felony.

* On March 23, Deputy Schwendeman was dispatched to 660 Cornerville Road, Marietta, in reference to Linda Cline reporting her son, James B. Cline, was intoxicated and shooting a firearm. Contact was made with James who was walking down his driveway. Cline had a strong odor of alcohol on or about his person and was rocking back and forth, appearing unsteady on his feet. Cline’s eyes were glassy and bloodshot, and his speech was slurred. Cline had in his possession a semi-automatic pistol. Cline stated he was sighting in a rifle earlier and denied anything took place otherwise. Through investigation, it was determined that an altercation had taken place at Linda’s home. Based on the results of the investigation, James Benjamin Cline, 42, of Reno, was placed under arrest for domestic violence and using weapons while intoxicated. Cline was transported to the Washington County Jail.

* On March 23, Deputy Brown responded to 11722 State Route 555 to a report of criminal mischief. Alexa Harvey reported she was watching television when she heard a knock at the door. Harvey then stated “come in” to the person at the door at which time Isaiah Mayle entered the resident yelling and cursing at her. Mayle then punched the television and then picked it up and slammed it down on the glass entertainment center. Mayle fled the scene as Harvey called for assistance. The area was checked for Mayle, however he was not located. A warrant is being requested for Isaiah Donavan Mayle, 27, of 522 Spanger Drive, Zanesville, on a charge of criminal mischief.

* On March 24, Deputy Schwendeman responded to the intersection of Pike Street and Tennis Center Drive, Marietta, to a report of a male subject, who was believed to be intoxicated, stumbling and falling down near the roadway. Upon making contact with the subject, Leobardo Rodriguez, he had no identification on him. Rodriguez had blood all over his hands and clothing, and a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage on his person. Rodriguez’s eyes were glassy and his speech was slurred. Rodriguez stated he had consumed approximately nine beers after work. Rodriguez had several cuts and scrapes on his hands, which he was unable to describe how he received them. Leobardo Rodriguez, 32, of 122 Tennis Center Drive, Apt. 12, Marietta, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Once at the Washington County Jail he tested .285 PBT.

* On March 24, Lt. Hunter and Deputy Hall were dispatched to 541 Barnett Ridge Road to a report of domestic violence. Deputies spoke with Judy Britton, who said she and her granddaughter, Emily Blevins, were in an argument. During the argument, Judy was attempting to change the child when Emily forcefully grabbed her by the arm and shoved her backward. Emily then picked up her child and went to another room. Verbal communication between a juvenile victim caused Emily to become more upset, at which time she put the child down and charged at the juvenile, punching them in the face. The subjects all separated when Judy called for law enforcement assistance. Emily advised that this was nothing more than an argument, however later recanted stating she was the victim in a fight at the residence. Emily again recanted her second story to advise she was the victim and couldn’t remember anything that took place. Emily Marie Blevins, 22, of Belpre, was placed under arrest for two counts of domestic violence. Emily was transported to the Washington County Jail for processing.

* On March 25, Deputy Carr issued a citation to Timothie Joseph Haught, of 499 McGill Road, Vincent, for speeding, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone.

* Andrew Brooks Beaver, 37, of 331 East Spring Street, Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

* David Mark Tewkesbury, 55, of 521 Barclay Street, Belpre, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

* Jesse Clinton Farmer, 22, of 844 Greene Street, Apt. 2, Marietta, probation violation, a misdemeanor.

* Madison Efrain Milenius, 23, of 2076 W. 103rd Street, Cleveland, no operator’s license, speed, driver view obstructed and no seatbelt, all misdemeanors.

* Andrea Michelle Lohoefener, 32, of 415 Barber Avenue, Marietta, breach of recognizance, driving under OVI suspension, driving while under the influence of alcohol/drugs, failure to comply and left of center, all misdemeanors.

* Dustin Lee Brooks, 32, of 1776 Briggs Hill Road, Belpre, theft, possessing drug abuse instruments, two counts, and driving under suspension, all misdemeanors.

* Connor Thomas Beavers, 23, of 220 Mt. Tom Pines, Marietta, obstructing official business and disorderly conduct, both misdemeanors.

* Denise Renae Parkers, 45, of 703 Elm Street, Apt. 12, Belpre, theft, two counts, criminal trespass, drug paraphernalia, and breach of recognizance, all misdemeanors.

* Nathan Scott Tewkesbury, 34, of 521 Barclay Street, Belpre, driving under suspension, obstructing official business, stop light/sign violation and driving under suspension, license forfeiture, all misdemeanors.

* James Benjamin Cline, 42, of Reno, domestic violence and using weapons while intoxicated, both misdemeanors.

* Emily Marie Blevins, 22, of Belpre, domestic violence, 2 counts, both misdemeanors.

* Leobardo Rodriguez Pena, 32, of 122 Tennis Center Drive, Apt. 12, Marietta, disorderly conduct, a misdemeanor.

* Charles Gregory Whited, 18, of 314 9 1/2 Street, Parkersburg, possession of drugs, a misdemeanor.

* James Arthur Henes Jr., 42, of 38841 SR 7, Newport, nonsupport of dependents.

* Corey Butler Adams, 34, no address, driving under suspension license forfeiture, driving under suspension 12 point suspension, and turn/stop signals, all misdemeanors.

Parkersburg Police

PARKERSBURG — The Parkersburg Police Department released the following reports March 26:

* This past weekend the Parkersburg Police Department responded to 244 calls for service.

* Travis Fouty, 40, of Spencer, was arrested March 22 for falsely reporting an emergency.

* Brandon Cumpston, 29, of Vincent, was arrested March 22 on a capias for failure to appear.

* Phillip Knittel, 55, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 22 for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver.

* Carl Robinson, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 23 for obstructing an officer and disorderly conduct.

* Philip Cowden, 50, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 23 on a capias for failure to appear.

* Carl Robinson, 30, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 24 on a domestic violence protection order violation.

* Selina Johnson, 33, of Parkersburg, was arrested March 24 for obstructing an officer and public intoxication.

WILLIAMSTOWN — Williamstown Police Department released the following reports March 25:

March 21

* Leann Bennett, 36, of Williamstown, was cited for a stop sign violation on Highland Avenue at W.Va. 31.

* Aliisha Masten, 23, of Williamstown, was cited for no motor vehicle inspection on West Seventh Street.

March 22

* Amber Skidmore, 33, of Washington, W.Va., was cited for speeding, 39 mph in a 25 mph zone, and driving on a suspended license on Highland Avenue.

* Kathryn Evans, 25, of Marietta, was cited for speeding, 49 mph in a 35 mph zone, and expired registration on West Third Street.

* Lela Proudfoot, 37, of Ravenswood, was cited for expired registration on Highland Avenue.

March 23

* Daniel Mozelle, 56, of Greensboro, N.C., was cited for speeding, 53 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

* Richard Stephens, 70, of Williamstown, was cited for speeding, 50 mph in a 35 mph zone, and no seat belt on West Third Street.

* Mary Blake, 38, of Burnsville, W.Va., was cited for cell phone use while driving on West Third Street.

* Nathaniel Weekley, 18, of Parkersburg, was cited for speeding, 57 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

March 24

* Victoria Pence, 36, of Parkersburg, was cited for speeding, 52 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.

* Janette Yost, 56, of Morgantown, was cited for speeding, 54 mph in a 35 mph zone, on West Third Street.
