Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 28:

* Keith Edward Sines, 29, of 1602 16th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of child neglect and one count of possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver and released on a $30,000 surety bond.

* Michael Shane George, 33, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Jeffrey David Hill, 60, of 35 Timberland Drive, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of soliciting a prostitute and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chad Allan Norton, 35, of 11 Westview Circle, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of grand larceny and aid in concealing stolen goods, as well as a fugitive from justice warrant, and held on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Nathaniel Tyler Farley, 23, of 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 10, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of escape and held on a $20,000 cash bond.

* Heath Byrne Greathouse, 41, of 919 Moyer Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of threats of terrorist acts and held on a $10,000 surety bond.

* Sam Christopher Womack, 27, of 2607 Division St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,600 bond.

* David E. Bunner, 57, of 2770 Pike St., St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of speeding and released on a $200 personal recognizance bond.

* Roy Dale Greathouse, 56, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register as a sex offender, address, and held on a $25,000 bond.

* Amos Nathaniel Payne, 36, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a domestic violence protective order and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Donald Huston Wilson, 49, of 5706 Grand Central Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license revoke for driving under the influence and leaving the scene after striking highway fixtures and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* David Clayton Satterfield, 51, of 37 Royal Garden Court, Suite #8, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Ray Sulsberger Jr., 42, of 2313 Belmont Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of driving on a license revoked for DUI and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jana Marie Davis, 26, of 1200 Grandview St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to provide mandatory proof of trash disposal and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Michael Wayne Little, 42, of Grantsville, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Melissa Lee Shroyer, 30, of 38 Meadowbrook Acres, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of fraudulent use of an access device and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Matthew Paul George, 37, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense domestic battery and released on a $5,000 surety bond.

* Joshua David Clegg, 24, of 2523 Lenore St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of second-offense DUI and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* William Franklin McClung, 27, of 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 8H, Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of fraudulent use of an access device and three counts of second-offense shoplifting and held on a $15,000 bond.

* Paul Franklin Larsen, 55, of 904 49th St., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver, and released on a $100,000 surety bond.

* Christopher Alan Garnes, 33, of 9407 Parkersburg Road, Sandyville, was arraigned on charges of no motor vehicle inspection and no proof of insurance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Rachael Bernice Campbell, 34, of 5380 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of third-offense shoplifting, and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Aaron Christopher Lutz, 29, of 1412 Washington Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to shoplifting, was assessed $160.25 in court costs and ordered to pay a $279.96 civil penalty to the Shoe Department. He also waived preliminary hearings on charges of embezzlement and receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle, and those cases were bound over to Circuit Court.

* Dalvin Tyrone Bufkin, 23, of 1045 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge on a domestic violence warrant out of Michigan. He is being held without bond and the case was transferred to Wood County Circuit Court.

* Probable cause was found in a preliminary hearing for Brooke Alexandria Kimble, 21, of 1024-2 Avery St., Parkersburg, on a charge of delivery of a controlled substance, heroin, and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* Robert Cecil Romine, 67, of 301 Whispering Oaks Lane, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of expired motor vehicle inspection and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Timothy Edward Burch, 36, of 659 13th St., Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and the case was bound over to Circuit Court.

* A charge of no proof of insurance was dismissed against Carolyn S. Sayres, 58, of St. Marys, after proof was provided.

* Janet Ellen Dinicola, 58, of 4603 Fourth Ave., Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and released on a $2,500 bond.

* Steven Wayne Elliott, 39, of 70 Ash Circle, Davisville, pleaded no contest to a charge of driving on a suspended license and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Jason Richard Brown, 44, of 706 Flinn St., Ravenswood, pleaded guilty to driving on a license revoked for DUI, was sentenced to 60 days home confinement and was assessed $260.25 in fines and court costs.

* Eric Allen Greynolds, 35, of 41 Helen Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous, fleeing on foot and obstructing and released on a $2,500 surety bond.
