Wood Magistrate

PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Jan. 7:

* Pamela Sue Smith, 36, of 607 31st St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of grand larceny and released on a $20,000 surety bond.

* Margaret Jane Watenpuhl, 30, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of making false statements to an officer and violation of a protective order and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Marshall David Simmons, 34, of 7411 Coyote Road, Evans, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a suspended license, no insurance, defective equipment and improper registration and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Carrie Renee Allen, 30, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, disorderly conduct, first-offense domestic assault and failure to render information and released on a $4,000 surety bond.

* Tera Sue Lively, 33, of 300 Ivy St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring a stolen vehicle and released on a $25,000 surety bond.

* Robert Charles Hicks, 20, of 702 Edward Ave., Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance, heroin, with intent to deliver and possession of a firearm by a prohibited person and held on a $150,000 surety bond.

* Tristan Lee Cumberledge, 35, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense domestic battery and released on a $3,000 surety bond.

* Shania Leann Fischer, 19, of 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and shoplifting and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jimmy Jack Vandal, 30, of 1713 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving or transferring stolen property and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Chelsea Marie Davis, 28, of 1215 Low Gap River Road, Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of speeding, 67 in a 55 mph zone, in a construction zone and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond. She later pleaded guilty to the charge and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

* Michael Todd Reed, 55, of 112 Knox St., apt. 15, Marietta, was arraigned on a charge of third-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

* Keysha Nicole Church, 27, of 13 Spruce St., Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of third-offense shoplifting, driving on a suspended or revoked license and no insurance and held on a $52,000 surety bond.

* William Douglas West, 27, of 1216 Lynn St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and obstructing and released on a $3,000 personal recognizance bond.

* Otho Uless Shrewsbury, 50, of 319 Old Huttonsville Road, Fayetteville, Tenn., was arraigned on charges of disorderly conduct, obstructing, failure to render information and public intoxication and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

* Jason Reginal Pearson, 21, of 413 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of shoplifting and trespassing and released on a $1,000 personal recognizance bond.

* George Washington Cox III, 36, of 491 Horse Run Road, Elizabeth, was arraigned on three counts of worthless checks and released on a $1,500 personal recognizance bond.

* Thomas Gale Little Jr., 28, of 1407 Station Drive, St. Marys, was arraigned on a charge of shoplifting and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* Zac Blaine Wilson, 26, of 55 Langtree Drive, Pickerington, Ohio, was arraigned on charges of obstructing, child neglect and child neglect resulting in injury and was held on a $55,000 bond.

* Michael Wayne Barker, 46, of 608 Sixth Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to a charge of no insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs. A charge of driving on a suspended or revoked license was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Oliver Keith Smith, 49, of 600 Shrewsbury St., Charleston, pleaded guilty to falsely reporting an emergency and was sentenced to 90 days in jail with credit for 12 days served and assessed $160.25 in court costs.

* David J. Koreski, 48, of 2616 11th Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of possession of a controlled substance and released on a $500 personal recognizance bond.

* A 15-year-old Vienna resident pleaded guilty to public intoxication and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

* David Carl Boram, 43, of 304 Old U.S. Route 50, Walker, pleaded guilty to battery and obstructing and was sentenced to 60 days in jail, suspended for one day in jail already served and one year of unsupervised probation. He was also assessed $588.48 in fines, court costs and restitution. A charge of disorderly conduct was dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Paul Adam Calmbacher, 57, of 1725 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one day already served and one year of unsupervised probation. Charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and refusal to submit fingerprints were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Lisa M. Duley, 47, of Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to domestic battery and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one day already served and one year of unsupervised probation. She was also assessed $170.25 in court costs.

* Lisa Michelle Shaffer, 40, of 2880 Sunnyside Road, Pennsboro, pleaded guilty to obstructing and was sentenced to 30 days in jail, suspended for one day served and one year of unsupervised probation. Shaffer was also assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs. Charges of disorderly conduct and possession of a controlled substance were dismissed as part of a plea agreement.

* Gregory Clinton Stanley, 36, of 1711 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to driving on a license revoked for DUI, a lesser included offense in the original second-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI charge, and obstructing and was sentenced to 90 and 30 days in jail, respectively. The sentences are to be served concurrently. He was also assessed $420.50 in fines and court costs.

* Alexandria Lynn Hoosier, 20, of 54 Rolling Hill Court, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of expired registration, no proof of insurance and no insurance and released on a $1,500 bond.

* A charge of providing beer to someone under the age of 21 was dismissed against Shelby Ann Melrose, 20, of 293 Grassy Run Road, Mineral Wells, following the completion of a six-month diversion agreement.

* Ashley Nicole Nash, 30, of 1307 36th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was sentenced to 90 days in jail, suspended for one year of unsupervised probation. She was assessed $160.25 in fines and court costs.

* A charge of unlawful retention of a rented or leased vehicle was dismissed against Nancy Yvonne Greathouse, 51, of 4862 Chevaux De Frise Road, Harrisville, after the completion of a six-month diversion agreement.

* A charge of third-offense domestic battery was dismissed, without prejudice, against Tyler William Jackson, 22, of Mineral Wells, after the alleged victim failed to appear.

* Two counts of violating a protective order were dismissed against Curtis Eugene Medley, 46, of 618 Reed St. #1, Parkersburg, because the alleged victim was deceased.

* Darren Germaine Dickson, 45, of 1615 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge, based on a burglary charge out of Florida, and was held without bond.

* Steven Ryan Chandler, 25, of 18777 Young Road, Guysville, Ohio, was arraigned on a fugitive from justice charge, based on charges of receiving stolen property and trafficking heroin out of Athens County, Ohio, and was held without bond.

* A DUI charge was dismissed against Andrew Ray Beckett, 40, of 305 Washington Drive, Mineral Wells, after the completion of a deferred sentence program.

* A charge of failure to pay child support was dismissed against Brian J. Ruble, 43, of 308 Florence St., Belpre, after the obligation was fulfilled under an informal diversion agreement with the state.

PARKERSBURG — The Wood County Sheriff’s Office released the following reports Jan. 7:

* On Jan. 4, Alisha Dawn Small, 38, of Number Nine Road, Reedsville, Ohio, was issued a citation for fraudulent schemes.

* On Jan. 4, Mikala Danielle Hutson, 23, of Mitchell Lane, was issued a citation for no operator’s and no proof of insurance.

* On Jan. 4, Michael Virgil Naylor II, 48, of Woodland Drive, Zelienople, Pa., was issued a citation for driving on suspended license.

* On Jan. 4, Kevin Allen Biehl, 35, of Pleasant Hill Road, was issued a citation for no proof of insurance.

* On Jan. 4, Megan Dianne Wade, 23, of Lantana Lane, was arrested on a warrant for fraudulent schemes.

* On Jan. 5, Melissa Lee Shroyer, 30, of 16th Street, was issued a citation for shoplifting.

* On Jan. 5, David J. Koreski, 48, of 11th Avenue, was issued a citation for possession of a controlled substance.

* On Jan. 5, Sergio Noe Ceballos Duran, 47, of North Harrison Avenue, Sherman, Texas, was issued a citation for no operator’s.

* On Jan. 5, Vicy Ellen Marks, 28, of Latrobe Street, was issued a citation for stoplight violation.

* On Jan. 5, Tera Sue Lively, 34, of Ivy Street, was arrested on a warrant for receiving/transferring a stolen vehicle.

* On Jan. 6, Michael Warren Crislip, 22, of 32nd Street, was issued a citation for no proof of insurance and speeding.

* On Jan. 6, Carol Lynn Anderson, 43, of East Poplar Street, was issued a citation for driving on revoked and hit and run.

* On Jan. 6, John Dexter Hesson, 20, of 32nd Street, was issued a citation for driving on suspended and no insurance.

* On Jan. 6, Susan Lynn Haislep, 44, of Defiance Avenue, was issued citations for expired registration, driving on suspended and seat belt violation for the passenger less than 15 years old.
