PARKERSBURG — Wood County Magistrate Court released the following reports Nov. 26:

• Colt Edward Taylor, 34, of 670 Pleasant Hill Road, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense driving on a license revoked for driving under the influence and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Hayden Robert Daniel Champlin, 22, of 16785 Joy Loop, Lowell, Ark., was arraigned on a charge of driving while impaired and released on a $2,500 bond.

• Gregory Clinton Stanley, 35, of 1711 Staunton Ave., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of second-offense driving on a license revoked for DUI and obstructing and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Heath Byrne Greathouse, 41, of 4 Gihon Village, Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of brandishing and bond was set at $3,000 surety.

• Anthony Lee Rhodes, 31, of 40 Pioneer Circle, Apt. 205, Elizabeth, was arraigned on charges of unlawful taking of a vehicle and possession of a controlled substance, methamphetamine, and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

• Devan Wade Anderson, 27, of 21260 Ohio 676, Apt. 5, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of trespassing and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $2,500 surety bond.

• John Lynn Leggett Jr., 26, of 117 Howell St., West Union, was arraigned on five counts of fraudulent use of an access device and bond was set at $15,000 surety.

• Rachael Bernice Campbell, 34, of 5380 Johnson Ridge Road, Waterford, was arraigned on charges of third- and first-offense shoplifting and bond was set at $6,000 surety.

• Jon James Smith, 33, care of House to Home, 418 Eighth St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of burglary and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

• Tor Lamont Hill II, 26, of Vienna, was arraigned on charges of strangulation and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $6,000 bond.

• Bryan Christopher White, 27, of Glenwood, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $1,500 bond.

• Jerome Lee Blackwell, 40, of 1130¢ 24th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

• Anthony Clay, 36, of 847 N. West Fourth Ave., Miami, was arraigned on charges of possession of a controlled substance and obstructing and released on a $4,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Dana Michael Ide, 43, of 1908 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of obstructing and first-offense shoplifting and released on a $1,500 surety bond.

• Matthew Richard Battin, 35, of Washington, W.Va., was arraigned on a charge of first-offense domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

• Maggie Jeannette Barnhart, 36, of 1008 30th St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on four counts of fraudulent use of an access device and one count each of shoplifting, no insurance, obstruction, defective equipment and driving on a suspended license and bond was set at $25,000.

• Anthony Lee Givens, aka Anthony Gabbert, 30, of 1502 Latrobe St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on two counts of first-offense shoplifting and one count each of joyriding and obstructing and bond was set at $2,500.

• Gavin Richard Bennett, 21, of Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and bond was set at $5,000 cash.

• John William Scott Carter, 36, of 1312 Avery St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of unlawful taking of a vehicle and bond was set at $500.

• Joseph Scott Antill, 41, homeless, was arraigned on charges of fugitive from justice, obstructing and failure to render fingerprints and held pending an extradition hearing.

• Andrea Darlene Elmore, 34, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense domestic battery and released on a $500 surety bond.

• John Michael Dotson, 39, of 25375 Wilson St., Coolville, was arraigned on charges of second-offense shoplifting, first offense driving on a license suspended for miscellaneous and possession of a controlled substance and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Joseph Hai Bui, 40, of 309 Cisler Lane, Marietta, was arraigned on charges of burglary and brandishing and bond was set at $25,000 surety.

• Amy Marie Mackey, 27, of 1030 George St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of petit larceny and shoplifting and released on a $2,000 personal recognizance bond.

• Melissa Danielle Higgs, 37, of 1201 20th St., Vienna, was arraigned on charges of worthless check and obstructing and released on a $750 personal recognizance bond.

• Benjamin Ray Barber, 37, of 415 Hill St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of theft of services and released on a $1,000 surety bond.

• Justin David McCumbers, 33, of Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of domestic battery and released on a $2,000 surety bond.

• Jennifer Renee Smith, 41, of 2503 Beverly St., Apt. 7F, Parkersburg, was arraigned on charges of public intoxication, disorderly conduct and obstructing and bond was set at $500 surety.

• Ryan Lynn Flanagan, 37, of 487 Robinhood Road, Belleville, was arraigned on a charge of first-offense aggravated DUI and released on a $3,500 bond.

• Michael David Enoch, 26, of 2906 Second St., Apt. 4, Parkersburg, waived a preliminary hearing on a charge of escape from home confinement and the case was bound over to Wood County Circuit Court.

• David Paul Hinton, 31, of 172 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, had a DUI charge dismissed after completing a deferral program.

• Bradley Miles Hanlon, 28, of 52 Haddale Ave., Wheeling, had a DUI charge dismissed after completing a deferral program.

• Jacob Cole Matthew, 21, of 1754 Locust Ridge Road, Washington, W.Va., pleaded guilty to ATV on roadway and was assessed $165.25 in fines and court costs.

• Ryan Holmes Ewing, 28, of Parkersburg, had a second-offense charge of domestic battery dismissed due to the officer and victim failing to appear.

• William Donald Richards III, 33, of 1323 40th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance, was sentenced to 90 days jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs. He also pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs and a civil penalty of $178.94.

• Nicole Dotson, 32, of 6488 Old St. Marys Pike, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to possession of a controlled substance and was assessed $205.25 in fines and court costs.

• Sarah Owens, 31, of 100 Sandpiper Village, Apt. 1, St. Marys, pleaded guilty to truancy and was assessed $210.25 in fines and court costs.

• Joshua A. Whitley, 30, of 209 Williams Highway, Parkersburg, had a possession of a controlled substance charge dismissed due to the officer failing to appear.

• Ryan Bradley Cain, 21, of 3156 State Route 555, Little Hocking, pleaded guilty to shoplifting and was assessed $185.25 in fines and court costs and a civil penalty of $68.

• Kyle Mark Wood, 30, of 4049 Shelving Rock Road, Elizabeth, pleaded guilty to permitting a prohibited person from driving and was assessed $180.25 in fines and court costs.

• Michaela D. Irick, 28, 1205 17th St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to no proof of insurance and was assessed $360.25 in fines and court costs.

• Jessica Robin Andrews, 51, of 1200 55th St., Vienna, pleaded guilty to leaving the scene of an accident and failure to maintain control and was assessed $340.50 in fines and court costs.

• Arthur Ramaris Steger, 37, of 166 North Hills Drive, Parkersburg, had a second-offense charge of driving under suspension dismissed due to the officer failing to appear.

• Mickey Joe Simmons Jr., 39, of 1408 King St., Belpre, pleaded guilty to violation of a protective order, was sentenced to 60 days jail suspended for two years probation and was assessed $435.25 in fines and court costs.

• Christopher L. Stephens, 33, of 914 Summers St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of receiving/transferring stolen goods and was released on $3,000 bond.

• Eric Kevin Cullum Jr., 27, of 5301 Brisco Road, Vienna, was arraigned on a charge of violation of a protective order and was released on $1,000 bond.

• David S. Burns, 31, of 26691 Huckleberry Road, Coolville, was arraigned on charges of prohibited use of a phone and no proof of insurance and was released on $1,000 bond.

• David Allen McCarty, 53, of 1900 Steven St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to second-offense DUI, was sentenced one year of home confinement and was assessed $1,160.25 in fines and court costs.

• Tommy Wayne Fluharty, 30, of 165 Chateau Hills, Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to fraudulent use of an access device, was sentenced to six months jail suspended for one year of probation and was assessed $160.25 in court costs.

• Andrew E. Bailey, 28, of 904 Swann St., Parkersburg, was arraigned on a charge of failure to register and bond was set at $10,000.

• Nakita Renee Garnes, 30, of 1415 23rd St., Parkersburg, pleaded guilty to two counts of child neglect creating risk of injury and was assessed $525.50 in fines and court costs.
